| dc.description.abstract | Tennis Maker is a digital platform designed to connect tennis learners in Thailand with verified coaches, offering a structured and accessible path into the sport. Despite growing interest in tennis, the Thai market lacks centralized coaching directories, accessible learning content, and tailored equipment guidance, challenges especially acute for beginners. This thesis explores the opportunity to fill that gap with a one-stop platform combining coach bookings, educational content, and gear recommendations. Based on market surveys and interviews, the study identifies key user pain points and proposes a scalable business model with commission-based revenue, content monetization, and affiliate sales. The platform targets digitally active individuals aged 18-45 and parents of young learners, aiming to enhance tennis participation through transparency, convenience, and community. Financial projections show break-even within three years. The research concludes that Tennis Maker can play a pivotal role in digitally transforming Thailand’s tennis learning experience. | en |
