摘要: | 大成長城為台灣食品產業中少數具備完整垂直整合能力的企業,涵蓋飼料製造、 畜禽飼養、肉品加工、食品研發與終端銷售等領域。面對瞬息萬變的市場環境與消 費需求轉型,如何整合內部資源並制定具競爭力的經營策略,成為企業持續成長與 強化市場地位的關鍵。
本研究透過個案研究法,選擇大成長城作為研究對象,結合策略管理相關理論, 探討其在飼料、肉品與食品市場中的競爭優勢與發展模式。研究首先針對產業環境 進行總體與市場趨勢分析,輔以PEST 模型、波特五力分析與SWOT 分析等工具, 掌握大成所面臨的外部機會與挑戰;進一步,透過 BCG 矩陣與價值鏈分析,剖析 其內部資源、核心能力與事業組合策略,藉以建構出大成在全鏈佈局中的競爭動態 與差異化優勢。 研究發現,大成長城透過高度垂直整合與跨事業體協同,成功掌握飼料至終端銷 售的供應鏈控制權,並搭配生技創新、永續轉型與品牌經營,逐步形塑出兼具成本 效率與價值創新的競爭力。未來建議企業持續強化智慧化管理、拓展健康與機能型 食品和寵物的市場,並優化海外市場佈局,以在全球食品產業變動中維持領先優勢。 DaChan Great Wall Enterprise is one of the few companies in Taiwan’s food industry with comprehensive vertical integration capabilities, covering feed manufacturing, livestock and poultryfarming, meat processing, food R&D, and end-market distribution. In the face of rapidly changing market environments and shifting consumer demands, the ability to effectively integrate internal resources and formulate competitive business strategies has become essential for sustaining growth and reinforcing market leadership. This study adopts a case study methodology, selecting DaChan as the focal firm and applying strategic management theories to explore its competitive advantages and development patterns in the feed, meat, and processed food sectors. The research first analyzes the external environment through a comprehensive examination of macro and market trends, supported by tools such as the PEST framework, Porter’s Five Forces, and SWOT analysis to identify the external opportunities and challenges facing the company. Subsequently, internal resourcecapabilities and business portfolio strategies are assessed using the BCG Matrix and value chain analysis to map DaChan’s strategic positioning and differentiated advantages across the full-chain operation model. The findings reveal that DaChan has effectively leveraged its vertically integrated structure and cross-business synergies to secure control over the supply chain from upstream feed production to downstream retail. Coupled with its focus on biotechnology innovation, sustainable transformation, and brand development, the company has progressively built a competitive edge that balances cost efficiency with value creation. Moving forward, it is recommended that DaChan continue enhancing its digital management capabilities, expand into health-oriented, functional, and pet food markets, and optimize its international market deployment to maintain a leading position amid the global food industry’s evolving landscape. |
