| dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在初步探討聊天機器人在環片生產履歷系統中的應用,並以桃園捷運綠線 GC03 標潛盾隧道工程作為實證對象,進行系統驗證、問卷調查及易用性分析。目前,預鑄混凝土環片的生產過程中,品質檢驗是確保產品符合標準的重要環節。然而,品質檢查通常涉及繁瑣的程序,需填寫大量紙本表格,且檢查結果無法即時提供給業主查核,導致效率低下。聊天機器人具備靈活的互動模式,能透過電子化表單快速完成檢查流程,並即時將數據更新至管理者和業主的查核系統。此外,它還能自動生成所需的檢查表單,大幅減少人工作業的負擔。本研究探討了聊天機器人在協助預鑄混凝土環片品質檢驗中的應用可行性,同時作為管理者查詢即時數據和統整日常報告的工具,以提升工作效率與透明度。本研究首先分析了預鑄混凝土環片生產過程中的檢核要點,並使用聊天機器人設計對應的檢查表格與流程。同時,建立中央資料庫以支持業主查詢歷史數據及生成檢查報表。「環片聊天機器人」系統主要包含三大功能:環片履歷查詢、檢查表填寫、以及試驗提醒。研究透過實際應用於桃園捷運綠線 GC03 隧道工程,並結合問卷及訪談調查,驗證了該系統在生產履歷管理中的實用性與可行性。未來,營建及預鑄產業可將此框架擴展應用於相關的預鑄製品。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | This study explores the application of a chatbot in segment production record systems, using the Taoyuan Metro Green Line GC03 shield tunnel project as a case study. Quality inspection in precast concrete segment production is critical but often involves manual, paper-based procedures that delay reporting and reduce efficiency. Chatbots provide a flexible solution by streamlining inspections through electronic forms, enabling real-time data updates for managers and project owners, and reducing manual effort through automated report generation. The study analyzes key inspection points and uses the chatbot to design inspection forms, workflows, and a central database for historical data and report generation. The "Precast Concrete Tunnel Segments Chatbot" system includes three main functions: inspection form completion, segment record querying, and test reminders. Application to the GC03 project validated the system's practicality and usability through interviews and surveys.
