| 摘要: | 隨著全球化和資訊技術的發展,平板電腦製造企業面臨著消費市場規模下降和商用市場定制化需求增加的雙重挑戰,此外,傳統平板電腦製造ODM企業在管理上也面臨諸多挑戰。本文旨在探討平板電腦製造企業如何通過創新管理應對市場變化,以確保企業的經濟利潤和可持續發展,並為領導力提供啟示。首先,文中明確了研究問題,即如何提升企業在價值鏈活動中的管理水準。隨後,通過文獻綜述和實證分析,回顧了平板電腦行業價值鏈理論,並分析了市場環境的政治、經濟、社會和技術因素,以及J公司的內外部資源優勢與挑戰。基於此,文中構建了一個綜合性的研究框架,提出了針對設計、生產、供應鏈管理和行銷等多個環節的績效改進策略,旨在優化內部運營效率、提高市場回應速度,並最大化市場收益。通過實施這些策略,平板電腦製造企業可以提升利潤水準。
研究結論表明,通過以上解決方案的實施,平板電腦製造ODM企業能夠在競爭激烈的市場中保持領先地位,顯著提升運營績效。本文的研究成果豐富了價值鏈理論和敏捷方法論在平板電腦製造行業的應用,為未來的研究提供了新的視角和思路。在實踐中,本研究為其他傳統平板電腦行業轉型企業的管理提供了有益的指導,幫助其應對市場挑戰,提升競爭力。本文的研究對於理論研究和實際工作都具有重要的指導價值,希望能為行業相關管理者提供啟發。 With the rapid development of globalization and information technology, tablet manufacturing companies face dual challenges: a shrinking consumer market and increasing customized demands in the commercial market. Traditional ODM tablet manufacturers also encounter numerous management challenges. This paper aims to explore how tablet manufacturers can address market changes through innovative management to ensure economic profitability and sustainable development, providing insights for leadership. First, the paper identifies the research problem: how to enhance the management level of the company’s value chain activities. Subsequently, through a literature review and empirical analysis, the paper reviews the value chain theory in the tablet industry and analyzes the political, economic, social, and technological factors of the market environment, as well as the internal and external resource advantages and challenges of Company J. Based on this, the paper constructs a comprehensive research framework and proposes performance improvement strategies for various stages such as design, production, supply chain management, and marketing. These strategies aim to optimize internal operational efficiency, increase market responsiveness, and maximize market returns. By implementing these strategies, tablet manufacturing companies can enhance their profit levels. The research findings indicate that by implementing the solutions, ODM tablet manufacturers can maintain a leading position in a highly competitive market and significantly improve operational performance. The results of this study enrich the application of value chain theory and agile methodology in the tablet manufacturing industry, providing new perspectives and ideas for future research. In practice, this study offers valuable guidance for other traditional tablet industry companies undergoing transformation, helping them tackle market challenges and enhance competitiveness. The research presented in this paper holds significant guiding value for both theoretical research and practical work, and it is hoped that it will inspire relevant industry managers. |
