摘要: | 隨著社會經濟的不斷發展,為烈酒行業提升銷量提供了優質的環境,但也吸引了更多優秀企業入局,形成了更為嚴峻的市場競爭局面。A公司深耕於烈酒行業多年,具有豐富的從業經驗,代理世界30餘個國家烈酒產品,為臺灣消費者提供優質的烈酒體驗。但是,在現代市場競爭中,A公司也需要不斷謀求發展,意識到自身經營策略中存在的不足,需要更廣泛地打開銷路,爭取更多消費者的認可,才能確保在激烈的市場競爭中佔據優勢地位。
基於此,本文圍繞A烈酒公司的發展戰略開展研究,選擇以A公司作為案例,採取文獻資料法、問卷調查法、數理統計法等多種方式,對烈酒產業經營外部環境與內部環境進行分析,外部環境分析中使用了PEST模型、五力模型,內部環境分析則側重有形資源、無形資源以及人力資源,並對企業能力環境進行分析,再利用SWOT模型為A公司未來發展提供策略選擇。同時,結合SWOT分析的結果,對A烈酒公司的發展戰略進行選擇,利用QSPM矩陣分析,得出A烈酒公司適合選擇多元化戰略,並分析多元化戰略的實施方案。 在未來的發展過程中,A烈酒公司需要遵循多元化發展戰略,通過充分開展消費市場調研,嚴格把控產品品質、提升產品性價比,做好不同管道價格管控、積極推動線上行銷合法化,大力拓寬多元消費場景、積極開展多樣性促銷活動,重視新媒體宣傳等策略,為A公司可持續發展,提高市場競爭力奠定紮實基礎,為A公司未來在烈酒行業的發展指明方向。 With the continuous development of the social economy, a high-quality environment has been provided for the liquor industry to increase sales, but it has also attracted more excellent enterprises to enter, forming a more severe market competition situation. A company has been deeply involved in the liquor industry for many years and has rich industry experience. It represents liquor products from more than 30 countries around the world and provides high-quality liquor experiences for Taiwanese consumers. However, in modern market competition, Company A also needs to constantly seek development, realize the shortcomings in its own business strategy, and need to open up sales channels more widely to win the recognition of more consumers in order to ensure a competitive advantage in the fierce market competition. Based on this, this article focuses on the development strategy of A liquor company and selects A company as a case study. Various methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey, and mathematical statistics are used to analyze the external and internal environment of the liquor industry. The PEST model and Five Forces model are used in the external environment analysis, while the internal environment analysis focuses on tangible resources, intangible resources, and human resources. The enterprise's capability environment is analyzed, and the SWOT model is then used to provide strategic choices for the future development of A company. At the same time, based on the results of SWOT analysis, the development strategy of A Liquor Company is selected. Using QSPM matrix analysis, it is concluded that A Liquor Company is suitable for choosing a diversification strategy, and the implementation plan of the diversification strategy is analyzed. In the future development process, A liquor company needs to follow a diversified development strategy, conduct sufficient consumer market research, strictly control product quality, improve product cost-effectiveness, do a good job in price control through different channels, actively promote the legalization of online marketing, vigorously expand diversified consumption scenarios, actively carry out diverse promotional activities, attach importance to new media promotion and other strategies, lay a solid foundation for A company's sustainable development and improve market competitiveness, and point out the direction for A company's future development in the liquor industry. |
