dc.description.abstract | 工具機產業中工具機的精度是非常重要的一部分,而在組裝工具機時,量測工具的精度就是尤為重要的一環,傳統工具機產業中管理量具的方法主要以紙本紀錄,鮮少有透過線上系統來管理量具,本研究針對量具的使用,透過網頁的形式搭配資料庫MariaDB、Laravel框架等軟體來建立一套量具管理系統,透過本系統,使用者可以即時更新量測工具的狀況,適時校正或更換精度不佳的量具,減少在組裝工具機的過程中,因為量具的精度所帶來的組裝誤差,也幫助工具機產業朝向數位無紙化的方向發展,本研究引入區塊鏈系統,將校正紀錄資料上鏈,確保資料的可追溯性。本研究將量具資料應用於mlogging生產履歷系統中,改善舊有生產履歷系統上量具之記錄方式,以確保量測工具的追溯性。
本研究的量具管理系統透過線上的資料庫,達成量測工具的保管與紀錄,使用者可以透過本系統查看量具的基本資料,可以新增量測工具的校正和維修紀錄,以確保量具在使用時的精度,另外在本系統上,添加了藍芽連線的功能,讓使用者可以連接電子量具並自動填寫,減少使用者抄寫量測值的時間以及填寫時人為疏失所帶來的誤差。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In the machine tool industry, the precision of machine tools is a critical aspect, and the accuracy of measuring tools during the assembly process plays an especially vital role. Traditionally, the management of measuring tools in the machine tool industry has relied mainly on paper records, with few adopting online systems for managing measuring tools. This study aims to address the use of measuring tools by developing a management system through a web-based interface combined with software such as MariaDB and the Laravel framework. Through this system, users can update the status of measuring tools in real-time, enabling timely calibration or replacement of tools with poor accuracy. This reduces assembly errors caused by measuring tool inaccuracies during machine tool assembly and aids the industry in moving towards a digital and paperless workflow. This study apply a blockchain system to store calibration records, ensuring data traceability. This study applies measuring tool data to the mlogging traceability system, improving the previous method of recording measuring tools in the traceability system to ensure the traceability of measurement instruments.
This measuring tool management system uses an online database to achieve storage and documentation of measuring tools. Users can view the basic information of the tools through the system and add calibration and maintenance records to ensure the accuracy of tools during use. Additionally, the system incorporates a Bluetooth connectivity feature, allowing users to connect electronic measuring tools and automatically input measurement values. This reduces the time spent manually recording measurements and minimizes errors caused by human oversight during data entry. | en |
