Abstract: | 本商業計畫主要基於卡牌遊戲玩家痛點角度出發,以寶可夢集換式卡牌為主題,從玩家的參與體驗曲線,從新手村、遊戲玩家、收藏者的成長階段,逐步找出各階段的痛點,並且以臺大商學院所學的知識,著手找到解決方案,並且提供服務,藉以找到被玩家接受的服務方案,從中找到商業機會,以期獲得細分市場的獨立解決方案,能夠獲得玩家認同,並且在市場上佔商機為主要發展計劃。
本計畫主要著力於三階段目標做完發展階段,第一階段是桌遊卡牌教育端,從制定教學、培訓、競賽等目標用於培養人才、促進交流與熱絡市場為宗旨,第二階段致力於開發商業系統,包括卡牌查價系統、卡牌資產管理、交易平台系統,建立出行銷漏斗,導引消費者從查價開始作為接觸品牌的第一入口,建立消費者黏性與信任度後,繼而願意在平台上做交易銷售,促此買賣雙方基於平台的交易產生信任感,繼而增加交易的頻次與品牌公信力,第三階段是開始進入卡牌專業鑑定的階段,本階段專門針對玩家轉藏家做服務,以增加卡牌價值、鑑定真偽、評鑑分級、改善交易模式與服務專業藏家等,針對高端收藏家與高價收藏品做VIP客製化服務,並且以透明化、自動化、鑑定履歷與交易履歷作為與其他品牌的高度差異化為宗旨,三階段可服務不同的玩家都可以透過本商業模式獲得高體驗感與高黏著度的商業服務。 最終為建立台灣高端鑑定智慧化與自動化交易平台為最主要目的,透過台灣在全球卡牌市場所的特殊價值包括自動化設備、二級市場交易落差、中、美、日交易熱點與新興宅經濟市場的成熟,創立一個涵蓋親子教育、電商交易、鑑定市場與藏品拍賣等垂直產業生態鏈計畫,以期能從台灣出發,建立起台灣專有的智慧鑑定系統,提升產業價值與人才培養、增加就業機會,提升台灣桌遊卡牌市場的國際競爭力為本計畫的終極目標。 This business plan is focused on addressing pain points experienced by players of trading card games, with Pokémon trading cards as the primary theme. The plan leverages knowledge from the National Taiwan University Business School, identifying pain points at various player stages—from beginners to game players to collectors—and developing solutions that resonate well with the user base to discover viable business opportunities. The plan progresses through three phases: 1. Educational Phase in Tabletop Card Games: This initial phase aims to foster community and market engagement through educational programs, training, and competitions. The goal is to cultivate talent and stimulate interaction within the market. 2. Development of Commercial Systems: The second phase involves creating a suite of business systems including a card pricing system, card asset management, and a trading platform. The strategy is to use the pricing inquiry as the initial touchpoint for consumer interaction with the brand. Establishing consumer trust through the platform leads to repeated transactions and enhances the credibility and attractiveness of the brand. 3. Professional Card Grading Services: The final phase caters to collectors turning professional, focusing on services that enhance the value and verify the authenticity of cards. This includes grading, improving transaction models, and providing VIP services tailored for high-end collectors. The differentiation strategy here emphasizes transparency, automation, and detailed transaction and grading histories. The overarching aim is to establish a high-end, intelligent, and automated trading platform in Taiwan, leveraging Taiwan’s unique position in the global card market. This includes capitalizing on automated technologies, market disparities in secondary trading, and emerging trends in the home-based economy to create a vertical industry ecosystem encompassing family education, e-commerce, professional grading, and collectibles auctions. The ultimate goal is to elevate Taiwan’s international competitiveness in the tabletop card game market by enhancing industry value, fostering talent, and increasing employment opportunities. |
