摘要: | 本論文主要為探討台灣生物晶片產業的優勢,以半導體產業為借鏡。研究是採用質性分析法的個案研究方法,並使用五力分析、SCP產業分析和SWOT分析等工具進行產業分析。研究對象為生物晶片產業,先了解其與半導體產業兩者之間的關聯,並分析半導體產業其成功的原因如產業鏈、競爭力和政策支持。資料收集方法包括文獻回顧與次級資料分析。透過文獻回顧與擁有類似競爭力的國家一併進行分析,可獲得了關於生物晶片技術發展、市場趨勢和政策環境的相關資訊。次級資料分析包括搜集過去研究報告、產業統計數據和市場趨勢分析以獲得生物晶片產業的整體狀況和競爭情況。主要研究發現顯示,台灣生物晶片產業在生產技術和供應鏈方面具有明顯優勢。又由於與半導體產業相似度極高,半導體產業擁有領先的技術基礎並受到政府的支持和鼓勵,生物晶片產業也可因此獲得相同的資源。另外,生物晶片產業的全球市場需求穩定且不斷增長,尤其在醫療診斷和生物醫學研究領域有著廣闊的應用前景。然而,該產業仍面臨一些挑戰和限制因素。其中包括國際市場競爭激烈,需要面對來自其他國家和地區的競爭對手。此外,資金和人才供應也是產業發展的瓶頸。政治環境和法規的變化可能對產業發展帶來不確定性。綜合而言,台灣生物晶片產業在生產技術、代工市場需求和供應鏈等方面具有競爭優勢。然而,該產業仍需要面對技術競爭、資金和人才等挑戰。本研究的結果有助於深入了解台灣生物晶片產業的優勢和發展情況,並提供可參考的發展方向,以制定相應的政策和策略。
關鍵字:半導體產業、生物晶片產業、產業分析 This paper's purpose is to explore the advantages of Taiwan's biotechnology industry, taking cues from the semiconductor industry. The research adopts a qualitative analysis method using a case study approach and applies tools such as Five Forces Analysis, S-C-P analysis, and SWOT analysis for industry analysis. The research focuses on the semiconductor industry to understand its relationship with the biotechnology industry and analyze its success factors such as industry chain, competitiveness, and policy support. Data collection methods include literature review and secondary data analysis. Through literature review and analysis of countries with similar competitiveness, relevant information regarding the development of biotechnology, market trends, and policy environment is obtained. Secondary data analysis involves gathering past research reports, industry statistics, and market trend analyses to obtain an overall understanding of the biotechnology industry and its competitive landscape. The main research findings indicate that Taiwan's biotechnology industry has significant advantages in production technology and supply chain. Due to the high similarity with the semiconductor industry, which possesses a leading technological foundation and receives government support and encouragement, the biotechnology industry can access similar resources. Furthermore, the global market demand for biotechnology is stable and continuously growing, particularly in the fields of medical diagnostics and biomedical research, presenting vast application prospects. However, the industry still faces several challenges and constraints. These include intense international market competition, requiring the industry to address competition from other countries and regions. Additionally, funding and talent supply are bottlenecks for industry development. Changes in the political environment and regulations can introduce uncertainties to industry growth. In summary, Taiwan's biotechnology industry has competitive advantages in production technology, contract manufacturing market demand, and supply chain. However, the industry needs to address challenges such as market competition, funding, and talent. The results of this study contribute to a deeper understanding of the advantages and development of Taiwan's biotechnology industry and provide reference for development directions in formulating corresponding policies and strategies. keywords: semiconductor industry, biotechnology industry, industry analysis. |
