Abstract: | 本研究探討了台灣律師事務所如何透過最新的行銷手法和數位轉型技術來改進客戶獲取和案件管理。隨著法律市場競爭的日益激烈,傳統的客戶獲取和案件管理方法已難以滿足現代律師事務所的需求。本研究選取了Money Home平台作為案例,分析其設計與開發過程,並探討其在提升律師事務所運營效率方面的作用。
研究採用質性分析方法,通過深度訪談收集了律師在日常工作中面臨的挑戰和目前客戶獲取方法的效果。分析結果顯示,律師事務所在客戶獲取、行政管理和案件處理方面存在顯著的痛點,如客戶來源不穩定、高行政成本及缺乏高效的數位工具。 基於這些發現,本研究應用價值主張圖和精實畫布模型,設計出了一個針對律師事務所需求的數位平台。Money Home平台通過整合行銷自動化和智能案件管理功能,為律師事務所提供了一個全面的解決方案,不僅有效地降低了行政成本,還提升了案件處理效率和客戶滿意度。 研究結果表明,數位轉型技術在律師事務所中的應用具有顯著的潛力,可以幫助律師事務所應對現代化挑戰,提高市場競爭力。未來的研究可以進一步探討不同規模律師事務所對數位平台的需求差異,並持續跟進平台的使用效果和改進建議。 This study explores how law firms in Taiwan can improve client acquisition and case management through the latest marketing techniques and digital transformation technologies. As the legal market becomes increasingly competitive, traditional methods of client acquisition and case management are insufficient to meet the needs of modern law firms. This research selects the Money Home platform as a case study, analyzing its design and development process and examining its role in enhancing the operational efficiency of law firms. The study employs qualitative analysis methods, collecting data through in-depth interviews to understand the challenges lawyers face in their daily work and the effectiveness of current client acquisition methods. The analysis reveals significant pain points in client acquisition, administrative management, and case handling within law firms, such as unstable client sources, high administrative costs, and a lack of efficient digital tools. Based on these findings, this research applies the value proposition canvas and lean canvas models to design a digital platform tailored to the needs of law firms. The Money Home platform integrates marketing automation and intelligent case management functions, providing a comprehensive solution for law firms. It effectively reduces administrative costs and enhances case handling efficiency and client satisfaction. The results indicate that the application of digital transformation technologies in law firms has significant potential to help them address modern challenges and increase market competitiveness. Future research could further explore the differing needs of law firms of various sizes for digital platforms and continually monitor the usage effects and improvement suggestions of the platform. |
