dc.description.abstract工業電腦自1980年代初期開始發展,最早應用於工廠自動化生產設備進行偵測與監控的利基市場。後隨技術發展應用至更多領域,市場不斷擴大,但也因為競爭者日益增加,逐漸面臨市場飽和的瓶頸。
本研究旨在探討工業電腦廠商如何以隨創精神轉型商業模式並採取混和競爭策略回應利基市場的變化與技術趨勢。透過案例分析,本研究揭示了個案公司如何從硬體製造商轉型為行業解決方案提供者,從而提升其市場競爭力與穩定性,並達到成長的目標。

dc.description.abstractIndustrial computers started to develop in the early 1980s. They were first used in the niche market of factory automation production equipment for detection and monitoring. Later, as technology developed, they were applied to more fields. Although the market continued to expand, companies are facing the bottleneck of market saturation due to the increasing number of competitors.
This study aims to explore how industrial computer companies transform their business models with the spirit of bricolage and adopt hybrid competition strategies to respond to changes in niche markets and technological trends. Through case analysis, this study reveals how the case companies transformed from a hardware manufacturer to an industry solution provider, thereby improving its market competitiveness and stability, and achieving its growth goals.
