| dc.description.abstract | This business plan aims to introduce 3D-printed houses to the Japanese market. The company offers 3D-printed houses and advanced AI technology free of charge. The AI is trained as an architectural expert capable of analyzing customer needs through chat interactions and providing design concepts. It can generate floor plans, exterior and interior renders, 3D models, estimate pricing based on the customer’s budget, and other construction documents.
The 3D concrete printing industry in Japan is still new but has significant potential for success. Approximately 40% of Japanese do not own a home due to financial burdens and difficulties in relocation. 3D-printed houses offer low-cost housing and fast construction times compared to conventional methods, which could address many of these issues. This business plan analyzes the internal and external factors involved in approaching the Japanese market and outlines business and marketing strategies to become a successful player. The plan includes conducting surveys and collecting secondary sources. Challenges such as currency fluctuations, economic volatility, and internal issues like funding and expertise in 3D printing are acknowledged. However, with the benefits of 3D printing technology, the company can establish a strong presence in the Japanese market. | en |
