摘要: | 半導體晶片產業一直是科技產業發展中非常重要的一環, 舉凡航太技術、國防科技、城市基礎建設、汽車船舶、雲端運算、資料中心、電信設備、人工智慧與各式各樣的消費性電子產品都有著半導體晶片的應用,因此各國對半導體產業都投入對應的政策及管制,藉以對應科技化浪潮下的自主優勢與發展。
受到中美貿易戰與科技戰、層出不窮的地緣政治議題,以及全球半導體產業供應鏈從長鏈轉變為短鏈與多鏈等因素影響,歐美亞等國家積極透過產官學合作等方式發展自主半導體產業鏈,在這個過程中,不僅各國政府積極透過政治與經濟的力量發展IC設計、IC製造與IC封裝等產業能量,也十分重視材料與設備的發展,將其視作打造自主化半導體產業供應鏈的關鍵拼圖。 細看中國的半導體測試介面/設備市場,可以發現,市場是由科磊(KLA Corporation)等國外檢測與量測業者佔據主導地位,國產化程度不高,因為半導體設備業不僅技術門檻相對高、還必須擁有高度客制化能力才能滿足日新月異的IC設計/製造/封裝需求,同時,還要有專業且經驗豐富的在地團隊提供即時支援服務,產業進入門檻很高,因此,借鏡標竿企業的成功模式變得至關緊要。 在本篇研究中,將藉由協力廠商調研單位公開之市場分析資料, 整理半導體區域市場產業發展與技術方向, 接著透過PEST模式分析全球半導體產業現況,聚焦半導體測試設備產業的未來發展,爾後,透過SWOT跟五力分析解析全球半導體測試治具與探針卡設計與製造的領導品牌「W公司」的組織結構、人才管理、產品定位、市場區隔、供應鏈管理、生態體系等面向的實際成果與面對未來產業發展及地緣政治影響下的企業發展策略佈局,供欲搶進中國半導體測試介面/設備市場的相關企業參考,以事半功倍的方式加速中國半導體測試介面/設備產業發展,為完善中國的國產化半導體產業供應鏈盡最大心力。 The semiconductor industry has always been a very important part of the technology industry, including aerospace technology, national defense technology, urban infrastructures, automobiles and ships, cloud computing, data centers, telecommunications equipment, artificial intelligence, and various consumer electronics products. Therefore, countries have invested corresponding policies and regulations in the semiconductor industry to correspond to their independent advantages and development of technological advancement. Along with the impact of the USA-China trade war and technology competition, geopolitical issues, and the trend of decentralizing semiconductor supply chains, countries in Europe, America, and Asia are actively developing independent semiconductor supply chains. Not only IC design, IC manufacturing, and IC testing but also materials and related equipment are important for developing an independent semiconductor industry. Looking into China's semiconductor test interface/equipment industry, the market is driven by KLA Corporation as the global test equipment vendor due to the semiconductor equipment industry not only has a relatively high technical threshold but must also have a high degree of customization capabilities to meet the ever-changing IC design, IC manufacturing, and IC testing. At the same time, it must have a professional and experienced local team to provide real-time support services. In summary, the industry entry barrier is very high to refer to the benchmark use cases' success model becomes crucial. In this study, will use third-party’s public market analysis data to organize the development and technological direction of the semiconductor regional market industry. Then, the PEST model will be used to analyze the current situation of the global semiconductor industry, focusing on the future development of the semiconductor testing equipment industry. And then through SWOT and Five Forces analysis, figuring out the strategies and actions of company W's organization, talent, product, marketing, supply chain, and ecosystem development, serve as a reference for Chinese companies that want to enter the semiconductor test interface/equipment market, and do their best to improve China's localized semiconductor industry supply chain. |
