| dc.description.abstract | 本論文針對獨立於平台的伺服沖床控制系統之開發進行研究,於TwinCAT 3環境中整合成模組化的PC-Based的控制專案,並且安裝於商用伺服沖床實機上進行運轉與驗證。專案中的主要功能如下:
一、沖床的運行與控制:本研究中以狀態機設計模式建構了沖床四種運行模式的控制。同時,開發了基於網頁技術的人機介面專案,並實作出使用者友善的參數設定與預覽模組。 二、沖壓加工運動規劃:本論文提出了基於五階多項式的電子凸輪規劃來實作包含「曲軸」、「引伸」、「精密下料」、「壓印」、「模內加熱」、「鍛打」、兩種「脈衝」以及「鐘擺」,總共九種加工模式的運動規劃,並且引入對於非加工段的最佳化流程。 三、加工參數專家系統:本文建構了兩種基於力學模型的檢查方法來對加工參數進行檢查與限制,以增進沖床的運行穩定度並達到預防停機的作用。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis conducts research on the development of a platform-independent servo press control system. Three major functionalities are planned, and then integrated into a modular PC-Based control project in the TwinCAT 3 environment. The control system is installed on a commercial servo press to verified the operability. Three major functionalities are:
1. Operation and Control of Servo Press: In this study, the control of four operation modes of a servo press is developed using the state machine design pattern. On the user's end, a web-technology-based human-machine interface (HMI) project is implemented. It provides the functionalities of user-friendly parameter setting and process motion preview. 2. Motion Planning for Processing: This thesis proposes motion planning approaches for nine different processing patterns including "crankshaft", "drawing", "fine blanking", "coining", "in-die heating", "forging", two types of "pulses", and "pendulum". These motions are implemented by utilizing electronic cam with fifth-order polynomial motion laws. During the implementation, the optimization for non-processing sections is introduced. 3. Expert System of Processing Parameter: This thesis proposes two physical model-based inspection methods to restrict processing parameters. The restriction of parameters can enhance the operational stability and prevent unexpected downtime for the servo press. | en |
