摘要: | 在傳統複合材料、先進複合材料的兩個賽道中,A公司的發展,遇到了瓶頸。為了突破當下的瓶頸和困難,A公司迫切需要經過戰略創新轉型研究,集中資源聚焦在先進複合材料賽道上做強做大。
通過本論文的研究分析,為A公司全資成立國家級高新技術企業B公司的未來發展研究戰略、戰術的具體方案,規劃和發展的行動綱領,也得出了實踐操作的方向、方式、方法。本論文的研究,通過復旦EMBA課程學習到的相關知識理論,模型及方法、案例總結的相關知識,結合AB公司現階段的發展現狀和資源。通過分析邏輯推理,希望通過論文的研究,為社會創造價值,為企業創造經濟價值,為行業科技發展作出貢獻,為股東和全體員工帶來蓬勃的發展和長期的經濟利益。研究出正確的方向,正確的實施方法。通過總結過去的發展經驗和復旦課程學習的綜合知識,研究AB公司未來科技發展的行動綱領和實施綱要。論文既有規劃又有解決方案,也有戰略和戰術實施的具體內容。通過對行業標杆企業的對比以及發展的特點,吸取標杆企業的優點和發展經驗,研究出B公司科技創新發展的正確實施路徑。 通過論文對B公司創新發展的分析,通過相關發展背景和文獻理論的研究。結合B公司外部環境分析和內部環境的分析,論文得出了為公司戰略創新的大思路:走高端發展之路,走功能化輕量化複合材料之路,走合作共贏之路。得出了發展的三個方向,齊頭並進。通過研究也得出了B公司戰略創新的實施策略,包括實施路徑,保障措施,風險管控。通過的論文的研究堅定了發展方向,堅定了發展信念,堅定了發展具體實施綱要,和落實執行的具體步驟。指明了未來發展的方向、方式、方法。成為 A公司股東和管理團隊的戰略、戰術研究的指導性檔,也是統一發展思路的指導性檔。通過科技創新提升B公司核心競爭力、智慧財產權、高新技術產品所占比重,通過和資本的對接合作,借助資本入股雙贏發展,推動A公司快速發展,走向資本化運作的方向。是B公司創業的堅定發展路徑和商業模式特點。 無科創無未來!論文的主要觀點包括,現階段背景下包括:在中美競爭、俄烏戰爭、國內經濟正在科創和轉型、黑天鵝和灰犀牛不確定發生的背景下,留給中小企業發展機會越來越少,中小企業唯有通過科技創新,在解決卡脖子技術和國產化替代的時代機遇下,把握科技創新和時代發展的國家戰略及科技浪潮,珍惜這一賽道的發展機遇。同時,B公司通過企業戰略創新成長起來,做強做大。為國家和地方稅收帶來貢獻,為社會創造價值,為B公司股東和全體員工帶來長期的發展利益。這是本論文的意義之所在。 Company A has encountered bottlenecks in the development of two race tracks, traditional composite materials and advanced composite materials. In order to break through the current bottleneck and difficulties, Company A urgently needs to go through strategic innovation and transformation research, and concentrate resources on the advanced composite material track to become stronger and bigger. Through the comparison and development characteristics of benchmarking enterprises in the industry, and absorbing the advantages and development experience of benchmarking enterprises, the correct implementation path of technological innovation and development of Company B company is studied. Through the analysis of the innovation and development of B Company, through the research of the relevant development background and literature theory. Combined with the analysis of the external environment and the internal environment of Company B, the paper draws a big idea for the strategic innovation of the company: take the road of high-end development, take the road of functional lightweight composite materials, and take the road of win-win cooperation.
