| 摘要: | 電子製造行業已經發展超過40年,從80年代開始電子行業開始細分,逐漸分類成自主品牌設計生產以及專業代工生產製造,因為供應鏈的細分以及廠商的加入,代工生產型生產企業競爭日益加劇。
本文採用個案研究,主旨為對應目前電子行業中普遍的發展代工生產型電子企業做出垂直以及水準產業鏈之分析。 以S公司為研究物件,運用各項管理分析工具,導入新型生產管理理論,包含PEST宏觀環境分析、波特五力分析、4M1E要因分析、SWOT分析、TPM全員式生產維護、競爭策略的分析,提出縱向以及橫向發展之競爭策略之研究。 研究最終得到個案公司之發展戰略目標:提高一體化、國際化、多元化。並輔以提高貿易活動,擴大客戶池,建立外部供應鏈及整合橫向供應鏈,在整體價值鏈上以衍生性服務增大客戶黏性,以新型自動化與資訊化的技術提高生產競爭優勢,加大開發技術以及產品生產能力儲備,對企業發展本身提出寶貴的管理戰略規畫。 The electronic manufacturing industry has developed for more than 40 years. Since the 1980s, the electronic industry has been subdivided and gradually classified into independent brand design and production and professional OEM manufacturing. Because of the segmentation of the supply chain and the participation of manufacturers, the competition of OEM manufacturing enterprises has become increasingly fierce. This paper adopts a case study to analyze the vertical and horizontal supply chain of the development of OEM manufacturing electronics enterprises in the current electronics industry. Take S company as the research object, use various management analysis tools, introduce new production management theory, including PEST macro environment analysis; Porter's Five Forces Analysis; 4M1E factor analysis; SWOT analysis; TPM full-time production and maintenance; The analysis of competitive strategy, and the research of vertical and horizontal development of competitive strategy. Finally, the development strategic objectives of the case company are obtained: improving integration, internationalization and diversification. It is also supported by improving trade activities, expanding customer pool, establishing external supply chain and integrating horizontal supply chain, improving production competitive advantages with new automation and information technology, and putting forward valuable management strategic plans for enterprise development itself. |
