Abstract: 因受疫情的影響以及消費者數位化消費習慣與公司內部作業優化的需求,金融業者對於數位化的發展與轉型日趨熱絡,我國金融業的數位發展又以金控為首的金融業為推動相關發展的主力,如玉山金控、國泰金控…等,甚至以創設獨立部門也進行數位轉型與發展的推廣,並以母公司的角度推廣其所屬子公司,如銀行、證券商、保險公司作數位發展,最終將服務、營運流程數位化,並打造所屬的金融服務生態圈。
本研究所挑選的個案公司-中華開發金融控股公司,甫達到典型金控所需擁有銀行、證券與保險子公司的階段,以集團為首帶領所屬子公司進行數位發展、協調與轉型的階段仍屬早期,且其儘管有諸多策略合作夥伴,其生態圈建構仍未完整,仍有技術上、組織上與人力資源上的問題待克服。本文以個案研究法對個案公司自身訂定的策略進行剖析,並結合產業現況、競爭者分析等方法下,提供個案公司在數位金融趨勢下,應如何以內部與外部資源數位發展的策略建議。
Due to the impact of the pandemic and the demand for digital service and optimization of internal operations, financial institutions are increasingly enthusiastic about the development and transformation towards digitization. In our country's financial industry, financial holding companies, such as E.Sun Financial Holdings and Cathay Financial Holdings, are at the forefront of driving related developments. They even establish independent departments to promote digital transformation and development, and promote digital development in their subsidiary companies, such as banks, securities firms, and insurance companies. Ultimately, they aim to digitize services and operational processes and create their own financial service ecosystems.
The selected case company for this study is Zhonghua Development Financial Holding Corporation, which has recently reached the stage where a typical financial holding company needs to have subsidiary companies in banking, securities, and insurance. The stage of leading the subsidiary companies in digital development, coordination, and transformation is still in its early phase for the group. Although it has numerous strategic partners, its ecosystem construction is still incomplete, and there are still technical, organizational, and human resource challenges to overcome. This paper uses a case study approach to analyze the strategies set by the case company itself, and combines industry trends, competitor analysis, and other methods to provide strategic recommendations for the case company's digital development using internal and external resources in the digital financial trend.
