dc.description.abstract | 近年來全球面臨疫情爆發、烏克蘭和俄羅斯之間的戰爭以及地緣政治風險等挑戰,伺服器產業也經歷晶片短缺、港口壅塞、工廠停工等問題而陷入困境。面對這些挑戰,伺服器公司正制定應對策略,以避免地緣政治風險並建立更靈活、敏捷的供應鏈管理策略,這些公司不僅努力應對挑戰,解決短期供應中斷的問題,還通過制定和執行供應鏈韌性策略來因應未來可能出現的國際形勢的不確定性和不穩定性。
W公司在面對2020年疫情帶來的巨大挑戰和變化時,善用數位科技,選擇與微軟合作並導入區塊鏈技術,通過導入微軟的區塊鏈技術平台,提高供應鏈的資訊可見度和追溯性,增加供應鏈的韌性。本研究的動機在於透過文獻探討影響供應鏈的構面,包含資料能見度、管理彈性、合作管控和敏捷性,利用這四個構面分析W公司應用區塊鏈供應鏈系統的成效,並從中得出W公司成功導入的條件,提出伺服器公司可行的應用條件、面臨的挑戰和制度面向的建議。 研究結果顯示,面對不斷提升和多變的需求,區塊鏈可以有效提升供應鏈的能見度、管理彈性、合作與管控及敏捷性,因此建議伺服器產業可以充分應用區塊鏈技術於供應鏈系統中,根據不同的商業模式引入區塊鏈技術,以提升供應鏈的韌性,在引入區塊鏈技術的過程中,應注意與利益相關者的密切合作、資料的準確性和安全性等挑戰。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In recent years, the world has faced challenges such as COVID-19, the war between Ukraine and Russia, and geopolitical risks. The server industry has also encountered difficulties such as chip shortages, port congestion, and factory shutdowns. In response to these challenges, server manufacturers are formulating strategies to mitigate geopolitical risks and establish more flexible and agile supply chain management. These companies are not only striving to address immediate supply disruptions but also developing and implementing supply chain resilience strategies to adapt to the uncertain and volatile international landscape.
Company W has effectively utilized digital technology in the face of significant challenges and changes brought about by the 2020 pandemic. By partnering with Microsoft and adopting blockchain technology, Company W has enhanced supply chain visibility, traceability, and resilience through the implementation of Microsoft's blockchain platform. The motivation behind this study is to explore the dimensions that impact the supply chain, including management flexibility, visibility, collaborative control, and agility. By analyzing the effectiveness of Company W’s implementation of blockchain supply chain systems across these four dimensions, the study identifies the conditions for successful adoption and provides recommendations for feasible application conditions, challenges, and institutional aspects for server companies. The research findings demonstrate that the server industry can fully leverage blockchain technology in supply chain systems to address the increasing and evolving demands. Introducing blockchain technology based on different business models can enhance supply chain resilience.
