摘要: | 企業面對全球市場,國內外的競爭,要如何持續保持競爭的優勢,一直是各企業不斷思考並持續精進改善的話題!
隨著電腦技術的日新月異,資訊化演進的腳步,越來越多變與先進。唯有跳脫傳統的思維,好好學會應用科技帶來的便利,創造數位價值,是每個企業必修的課題。工業4.0的變革、數位轉型的趨勢,企業如果還停留在手工作帳,或是維持基本的資訊系統是遠遠不足以應付日益增加的工作量,更不用想提升企業競爭力做到降本提效。 當企業開始要朝向工業4.0邁進,想要透過數位轉型來創造企業軟實力的這個對企業未來長期發展的重要決策時,企業會面臨到該如何完成這項影響公司全體上到下,跨各部門層級協同運作及整合的重大專案。 因此企業能否用更有效率,更穩健及更低風險的方式來評估要如何慎選ERP系統供應商,這個對公司的重大決策議題就更突顯重要了。而ERP系統供應商除了系統功能及跨部門系統整合外,更應具備提供豐富導入工業4.0及數位轉型的相關經驗及資源服務,而且此ERP系統供應商更應成為其長期合作夥伴,未來在資訊精進優化的道路上,不斷協助企業精進管理,創造數位應用的價值。 透過此次研究個案公司(手工具氣動打釘槍)的評估方式,依循系統模型架構Baki and Cakar(2005)模型,有學術研究的理論支持,相信能夠為想要朝工業4.0及數位轉型的企業,在企業經營策略決策上,提供一個可以參考依循的評估模式,期望透過各方面的評估及規劃,能滿足及提升企業永續經營的能力,為企業帶來優勢的競爭力。 In the face of the global market and domestic and foreign competition, how to maintain a competitive advantage has always been a topic that enterprises continue to think about and continue to refine and improve! With the rapid development of computer technology, the pace of informatization evolution is becoming more and more changeable and advanced. Only by breaking away from traditional thinking, learning to apply the convenience brought by technology and creating digital value is a compulsory subject for every enterprise. With the transformation of Industry 4.0 and the trend of digital transformation, it is far from enough for enterprises to stay in manual work accounts or maintain basic information systems to cope with the increasing workload, let alone enhance the competitiveness of enterprises to reduce costs and improve effect. When an enterprise has the intention to move towards Industry 4.0 and create corporate soft power through digital transformation, this is an important decision for the long-term future development of the enterprise, and the enterprise will be faced with how to complete this decision, which will affect the whole company from top to bottom, across all sectors A major project that is coordinated and integrated at the departmental level. Therefore, whether enterprises can achieve this goal in a more efficient, stable and low-risk way, and how to carefully select ERP system suppliers, this major decision-making issue is even more important. In addition to system functions and cross-departmental system integration, ERP system suppliers should also be able to provide rich experience in introducing Industry 4.0 and digital transformation and resource services, and this ERP system supplier should be regarded as a long-term partner of the enterprise, able to on the road of information refinement and optimization, we will continue to assist enterprises to improve management and create value in digital applications. Through the evaluation method of the case company (hand tool pneumatic nail gun) in this study, following the system model framework Baki and Cakar(2005) model, with the theoretical support of academic research, it is believed that it can be used for enterprises that want to transform towards Industry 4.0 and digital, in the business strategy decision-making of the enterprise, it provides an evaluation model that can be followed by reference. It is expected that through various evaluations and planning, it can satisfy and enhance the sustainable operation ability of the enterprise, and bring superior competitiveness to the enterprise. |
