| 摘要: | 近年來,台灣積極推動再生能源發展,特別是太陽能和風能。這種趨勢對於台灣的重電產業產生了重大影響和機會。首先,再生能源的發展需要相關電力系統設備支持,包括變壓器、開關、配電器具等,這些都是重電產業的核心產品。因此,隨著再生能源的需求增加,重電產業的市場需求也隨之擴增。其次,重電產業可以提供再生能源的智能化解決方案,例如智慧型電網、能源儲存、太陽能和風力發電系統等。這些技術可以幫助再生能源更好地與傳統能源系統融合,實現更高效、更穩定的能源生產和供應。此外,台灣的重電產業在全球範圍內具有競爭力,技術水準和生產能力相當高。因此,隨著台灣再生能源市場的增長,重電產業可以利用自身優勢,積極參與市場競爭,擴大市場佔有率。台灣的再生能源發展為重電產業帶來了新的市場商機和技術挑戰,同時也為台灣重電產業的轉型升級提供了嶄新的發展機會。
企業生命周期指企業從創立至結束發展過程,可區分為草創期、成長期、成熟期、再成長期、衰退期。企業處於不同階段面臨的生存問題也不同,因此通過研究企業生命周期,了解企業處於不同階段的經營挑戰與特點,找出相對應的優化方案,加強內部控制,讓企業充分發揮特點和優勢,調整組織架構與經營策略,降低經營風險,企業得以永續發展。 藉由個案研究方式,探討企業如何通過產業分析和掌握外部機會,檢視配電變壓器事業的核心能力和資源、制定事業策略和作法。同時,檢視越南子公司的生命周期各階段發展情況,並研究如何朝向未來再成長,以實現企業的永續經營發展策略。 In recent years, Taiwan has actively promoted the development of renewable energy, especially solar and wind energy. This trend has had a major impact and opportunity for Taiwan's heavy electrical industry. First of all, the development of renewable energy requires the support of related power system equipment, including transformers, switches, power distribution appliances, etc., which are the core products of the heavy power industry. Therefore, as the demand for renewable energy increases, the market demand for the heavy electricity industry will also increase. Secondly, the heavy electricity industry can provide intelligent solutions for renewable energy, such as smart grids, energy storage, solar and wind power generation systems, etc. These technologies can help renewable energy better integrate with traditional energy systems to achieve more efficient and stable energy production and supply. In addition, Taiwan's heavy electrical industry is globally competitive, with a high level of technology and production capacity. Therefore, with the growth of Taiwan's renewable energy market, the heavy electric industry can take advantage of its own advantages to actively participate in market competition and expand its market share. The development of renewable energy in Taiwan has brought new market opportunities and technical challenges to the heavy electric industry, and at the same time provided brand new development opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of Taiwan's heavy electric industry. The enterprise life cycle refers to the development process of an enterprise from its establishment to its end, which can be divided into the start-up period, growth period, maturity period, re-growth period, and decline period. Enterprises face different survival problems at different stages. Therefore, by studying the life cycle of enterprises, we can understand the business challenges and characteristics of enterprises at different stages, find out corresponding optimization plans, strengthen internal control, and let enterprises give full play to their characteristics and advantages. Organizational structure and business strategy reduce business risk and enable sustainable development of the enterprise. By way of case study, it discusses how enterprises examine the core capabilities and resources of the distribution transformer business and formulate business strategies and practices through industrial analysis and grasping external opportunities. At the same time, examine the development of each stage of the life cycle of the Vietnamese subsidiary, and study how to grow into the future, so as to realize the sustainable development strategy of the enterprise. |
