摘要: | 驅動企業轉型的動力可能來自企業內部本身或是外部市場的競爭與變化。以本研究為例就是針對企業外部市場的變化所進行的研究,研究中提及的外部市場變化包含Covid-19疫情變化、中美貿易戰、PC市場成熟、ICT產業的發展等外在因素。然而,一個企業轉型的成功與否常與企業本身有高度相關性,從過往許多國外大型企業轉型的案例可以觀察到一個現象。企業的文化往往是決定一個企業是否能夠成功轉型的關鍵議題,然而除了文化之外,還包含了策略、組織、與人等等的因素。
本研究在搜集國內外相關企業轉型的文獻,並且分析各研究方向與分析手法之後,透過CSOP(Culture、Strategy、Organization、People)、5C(Context、Change、Choice、Commitment、Consistency)與SPTS (Strategy choice、Key path、Tactical action、Success Indicators)的架構,針對企業轉型從啟動到策略的佈局思維,乃至於後續的行動方針皆有著墨。 更藉由此三個理論架構從inside-out到outside-in,深入剖析A公司在轉型過程之中各面向的狀況與實際執行的成效,再輔以筆者自身的觀察與經驗,提出對於大型ICT企業在數位轉型策略思維的建議。企盼能夠為ICT產業貢獻一己棉薄之力。 與此同時,本研究亦針對AIoT應用的發展現況加以說明,做為ICT產業跨入AIoT產業的參考資訊。 The driving force behind corporate transformation may come from within the organization itself or external market changes, such as the succession of leadership or external competitions. However, there are different factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the US-China trade war, and the maturity of the PC market. But, the success of a corporate transformation is often highly correlated with the company's own characteristics. The company's culture is a major issue in determining whether a company can successfully transform, along with other factors such as strategy, organization, and personnel. This study uses the CSOP (Culture, Strategy, Organization, People), 5C (Context, Change, Choice, Commitment, Consistency), and SPTS (Strategy Choice, Key Path, Tactical Action, Success Indicators) frameworks to explore in-depth the situation and actual implementation effectiveness of A Company's various aspects during the transformation process, from inside-out to outside-in. According author's own observations and experiences, recommendations are then proposed for the digital transformation strategy of large ICT enterprises. The outbreak has and still is impacting all industries, including the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) sector. It is the time for ICT industry to accelerate the speed of digital transformation. The research is aiming to explore the best practice for ICT industry transformation in the post-pandemic by leveraging C-SOP, 5C, and SPTS framework. The research uses one of leading companies in ICT industry as a case study to go through the transformation journey by real strategies and actions. Even today, the transformation is keep going inside the company. But, the research will disclose all experiences and practices to share with the whole ICT industry to help them to find a best practice to enable the transformation inside their company. |
