| dc.description.abstract | 研究指出從事戶外活動對人有生理、心理等多方面的效益。多數戶外遊憩效益研究會以遊憩體驗的觀點探討遊憩對情緒的幫助，但此類研究的研究場所多以戶外遊憩空間，也就是自然環境為主；另一方面，自然環境本身就被視為是對人心理狀態較有幫助的環境，並且有注意力恢復理論以及其他實證研究支持這項論點。因此衍生出研究問題是，在其他類型的環境中從事旅遊活動較無法提供遊客心理的助益嗎？旅遊環境與體驗會如何影響遊客的心理效益？本研究目的即為比較不同旅遊環境與體驗對遊客情緒之影響，並且檢視旅遊對情緒之影響與恢復體驗間的關係。
首先為理解旅遊活動的體驗內涵為何，遂利用質性研究方式，以旅遊網誌文章為文本，利用質性分析軟體ATLAS.ti 6.0協助進行分析，總共歸納出10項主要的旅遊體驗。接著從10項旅遊體驗的概念擬定問項，以問卷調查的方式請受測者回憶最近的一次旅遊經驗，填答該次旅程中的旅遊體驗、旅遊環境及其他旅遊因子，並且評量在回憶的過程中感受恢復體驗的程度以及回憶前後的情緒狀態。 調查結果共回收609份有效問卷，其中學生課堂填寫有312份，297份則透過網路問卷的方式取得。受測者包含女性358位、男性251位，而樣本的年齡層以年輕族群為主，21-25歲者佔54.9%。利用多元迴歸分析的結果發現，旅遊體驗對情緒及恢復體驗具正向影響，但旅遊環境自然度對恢復體驗具有負面影響；恢復體驗對情緒也具正向影響，並且能解釋旅遊環境與體驗對情緒的影響。 | zh_TW |
