dc.description.abstract | 隨著科技的進步,遠距醫療已經成為醫療界的新趨勢。本研究旨在探討遠距診療對醫療場域的數位轉型影響,並分析流程設計優化和關鍵因素。研究方法包括使用服務藍圖和進行專家問卷調查,並進行資料整合、比較和分析。
實現遠距診療應用需要醫療機構持續進行數位轉型並優化流程。這涉及考慮診療平台設計、病人接受度、醫師專業決策需求以及醫療費用分擔等因素。同時,健康保險支付政策、以醫療專業人員需求為中心的流程和數位化技術,也是醫療場域數位轉型的重要影響因素。 研究結果顯示,專家群的個人角色與經驗以及工作業務的特性是重要的考量因素。管理者可以從遠距經驗和管理經驗的角度,來引導數位轉型的擴散並化解心理障礙。針對處置複雜度高和家屬溝通需求高的專家群進行觀點分析,也可以提供對未來發展和策略規劃的建議。此外,數位科技也在遠距診療中扮演著重要的角色,包括資訊整合、流程協調、促進溝通和互動,以及統一治療準則和技術標準等方面。醫療場域的數位轉型導致醫療模式的變遷和個別化醫療水準的提升,使一般民眾更容易獲得醫療和健康資源。 最後,本研究建議管理者將遠距診療視為戰略性資源,並將其整合到業務模式和流程中以提升品質和效率。同時,管理者應該開發創新的數位科技解決方案,而政府和相關利害關係者則應加強政策支持和投資,以促進數位轉型在醫療場域的應用和擴散。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | With the advancement of technology, telemedicine has emerged as a new trend in the healthcare industry. This study aims to explore the impact of telemedicine on the digital transformation of the healthcare field and analyze process design optimization and key factors. The research methods employed include service blueprinting and expert questionnaire surveys, followed by data integration, comparison, and analysis.
Implementing telemedicine applications requires continuous digital transformation and process optimization in healthcare institutions. This involves considering factors such as the design of the telemedicine platform, patient acceptance, physician's professional decision-making needs, and cost-sharing in healthcare. Additionally, health insurance payment policies, process digitization centered around the needs of healthcare professionals, and digital technology are also significant influencing factors in the digital transformation of the healthcare field. The analysis of research results demonstrates that the individual roles, experiences, and characteristics of expert groups are important considerations. Managers can guide the diffusion of digital transformation and address psychological barriers from the perspectives of telemedicine experience and management experience. Furthermore, conducting viewpoint analysis for expert groups dealing with high complexity and communication demands can provide recommendations for future development and strategic planning. In addition, digital technology plays a crucial role in telemedicine, including information integration, process coordination, facilitating communication and interaction, and establishing unified treatment guidelines and technical standards. The digital transformation of the healthcare field leads to changes in healthcare models and improves personalized healthcare, making it easier for the general public to access medical and health resources. Finally, this study suggests that managers should consider telemedicine as a strategic resource and integrate it into business models and processes to enhance quality and efficiency. Simultaneously, managers should develop innovative digital technology solutions, while governments and relevant stakeholders should strengthen policy support and investment to promote the application and diffusion of digital transformation in the healthcare field. | en |
