| dc.description.abstract | 以直接引句呈現受訪者言論,是傳統新聞媒體維繫儀式性客觀的方式。如今,傳統媒體將重心轉往網路,為了追求即時性和點閱,使用者生產內容成為媒體常用的素材,然而,媒體卻很少核實使用者生產內容的真偽。面對查證實務鬆動的問題,以直接引句呈現使用者生產內容成為媒體的策略,並藉由預備框架,即引號前的論述,交代消息來源、說明對消息的疑慮。但如同採訪報導中會透過預備框架詮釋受訪者言論,增添故事性,媒體也可能運用預備框架,對使用者生產內容作出額外的詮釋。為了解臺灣網路新聞如何用預備框架呈現使用者生產內容,本研究盤點預備框架論述中會出現的角色詞、角色數量修飾詞、修飾語以及動詞,探究媒體針對預備框架的應用,以及不同類型媒體、新聞從業人員是否在預備框架的應用上有差異。
本研究立意蒐集《聯合新聞網》、《ETtoday新聞雲》和《TVBS新聞網》三家媒體2022年6月至12月間的網路新聞文本。透過正規表達式取出與引號相接的句子,並再透過正規表達式提取預備框架此種由角色詞、角色數量修飾詞、修飾語、平衡功能用語、動詞性表達組成的構式。研究結果發現,預備框架中「網友」一詞最常出現,且媒體較不常採用角色數量修飾詞,若使用,則以群體特性的修飾詞佔多數。動詞的使用以性質中立的引述類動詞佔最多。本研究也比較傳統媒體與網路原生媒體,記者與編輯針對預備框架的應用,結果顯示不同類型的媒體、新聞工作者確實存在應用上的差異。本研究剖析臺灣網路新聞針對使用者生產內容的引述策略,並為此種涉及使用者生產內容的預備框架論述,建立可操作性定義,供後續研究使用。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Presenting interviewees' remarks in direct quotes is a way for traditional news media to maintain rituals of objectivity. Nowadays, media shifts its focus to online websites. In order to pursue immediacy and click-through rates, user-generated content has become a common source. However, media often fail to verify the authenticity of user-generated content. Facing the problem of loose verification, using direct quotations to present user-generated content has become a strategy employed by the media. Media also use preparatory frames, the discourse preceding the quotation marks, to show where the content came from and the unreliability of the content. Yet, just as interview reports use preparatory frames to interpret the interviewee's remarks to make news stories more appealing, the media may also use preparatory frames to make additional interpretations of user-generated content.
In order to understand how Taiwan online news employs preparatory frames to present user-generated content, this study takes an inventory of the role terms, modifiers for the number of role, modifiers, words used for balancing opinion and verbal expression that appear in the discourse of preparatory frames. The study aims to explore the application of preparatory frames by the media, as well as any differences in their usage among different types of media and news practitioners. This study collected online news texts from United Daily News online, TVBS News online, ETtoday online, from June to December 2022. Through regular expressions, sentences connected to quotation marks were extracted, and further regular expressions were employed to extract preparatory frames, the constructions that composed of role terms, modifiers for the number of role, modifiers and verbs. The findings reveal that the role term "wang you" appears most frequently. Also, media are less inclined to use modifiers for the number of role, if used, majority of the modifiers are related to collective characteristics. The use of neutral verbs dominates the discourse. This study also compares traditional media with online native media, and reporters with editors. The results indicate differences in the application of preparatory frames among different types of media and news practitioners. This study analyzes the quotation strategies employed by Taiwan online news regarding user-generated content and establishes an operational definition for the discourse of preparatory frames concerning user-generated content, providing a foundation for future studies in this area. | en |
