| dc.description.abstract | 受自然環境與氣候變遷影響,2050 淨零碳排已然成為全球共識,再生能源因而成為全球重視的議題之一,台灣也不例外,因此近年台灣再生能源相關產業逐漸興盛,吸引更多企業投入到再生能源產業當中,帶動台灣再生能源產業加速發展。然而,產業的發展也加劇了產業競爭的激烈程度與複雜程度,面對未來的再生能源賽局,企業應如何在現有的基礎之上形塑成長策略,才能在未來的競爭中脫穎而出,成為必須思考的議題。
本研究旨在探討台灣再生能源產業現階段之產業競合,以及整合性能源服務公司如何在既有基礎上運用競合互補之概念制定成長策略,進一步聚焦於三大研究問題:台灣再生能源產業競爭現況為何?森崴能源和主要競爭者之間的定位與資源能力差異為何?森崴能源如何透過競合互補制定成長策略? 本研究經由文獻回顧、產業分析、個案研究,回應本研究提出之三大研究問題,並延伸提出管理意涵。首先以產業層次,從全球、區域市場之概況切入,進一步聚焦到台灣市場進行深入研究,含台灣再生能源產業發展歷程、各類型再生能源現況、產業未來發展趨勢與產業驅動力,並運用五力分析剖析現階段台灣再生能源產業之競爭樣態。其次,以企業層次進行個案分析,選擇森崴能源作為研究對象,含優劣勢分析、競爭者分析,並運用價值網分析森崴能源與賽局中其他參與者的關係,進一步以 PARTS 五大要素為森崴能源形塑成長策略建議,在參與者、附加價值、規則面向提出行動建議,並透過上述三種面向影響森崴能源在賽局中的戰術與範疇,最終再以策略鑽石總結,檢視企業核心策略。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Recently, the global consensus of net-zero carbon emissions by 2050 has led to a flourishing renewable energy sector in Taiwan, attracting more companies to invest in this industry. However, the industry's growth has also intensified competition and complexity. Considering the future competitive landscape of the renewable energy sector, it is crucial for companies to formulate their growth strategies on the existing foundation in order to stand out and thrive.
The aim of this thesis is to explore the current competitive landscape of the renewable energy industry in Taiwan and examine how integrated energy service companies can develop growth strategies by leveraging the concept of coopetition. The thesis will address three main research questions: What is the current competitive situation in the renewable energy industry in Taiwan? How does Shinfox Energy position itself and how does it differ in terms of resource capabilities compared to main competitors? How can Shinfox Energy formulate growth strategies through coopetition? To address these research questions, this thesis will employ a literature review, industry analysis, and case study approach, providing insights and managerial implications. Firstly, at the industry level, the study will examine the global and regional market overview, followed by an in-depth investigation of the Taiwan market, encompassing the development of the renewable energy industry in Taiwan, the current status of various renewable energy sources, industry driving forces, and future trends. The competitive landscape of the Taiwan renewable energy industry will be analyzed using the Porter Five Forces Analysis framework. Secondly, at the firm level, a case study analysis will be conducted, with a focus on Shinfox Energy as the research subject. This analysis will involve assessing the strengths and weaknesses of Shinfox Energy, comparing its differentiation from competitors, and utilizing the Value Net to explore the relationships between Shinfox Energy and other participants. Furthermore, growth strategy recommendations for Shinfox Energy will be formulated using the PARTS, putting forward action suggestions in terms of participators, added values, and rules, and influencing tactics and scope through the above three aspects. Finally, the core strategies of Shinfox Energy will be summarized and examined with the Strategy Diamond. Overall, this thesis aims to contribute to the understanding of the competitive landscape within the Taiwan renewable energy industry and provide practical insights for companies, such as Shinfox Energy, to formulate their growth strategies by leveraging coopetition in this evolving environment. | en |
