| zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The study focuses on the participant’s motivation, learning process, and learning outcome, who is from resilient urban forest volunteer team. We tried to find the strength and weakness of the training program, so that we can adjust the program design. This study collects data through before and after quantitative questionnaire, qualitative participant observation, and qualitative semi-structured interview. Then we explained the data with statistics and descriptive coding. We find the participant’s motivation can be mainly classified into four categories, which are generativity, personal development, and well-being. The learning process could be understood through the learning contextual model, which divided the learning process into personal context, social-cultural context, and physical context. For example, we can strengthen the learning motivation through the courses to trigger participant’s learning behavior. And there are many learning events occur between participants. For the learning outcome, we found that the environmental knowledge of the participants has significant difference before and after the program, however the environmental attitudes and environmental behave intentions do not. Nevertheless, some participants still feel the environmental attitudes and environmental behave intentions been enhanced through reflecting. | en |
