| dc.description.abstract | 緊急訂單在台灣工業界是常見的問題,像2021年全球汽車產業出現半導體晶片缺貨慌,導致許多晶圓代工廠接到緊急訂單,為了滿足汽車產業的需求,晶圓代工廠大開產能、加速供給速度以滿足這些客戶的訂單需求。 緊急訂單係指顧客的即時需求,這種需求通常無法事先預測而得。在競爭激烈的市場環境當中,企業為了獲得比競爭者更多的利潤,對於緊急訂單的處理成為了一項競爭優勢與策略,通過及時響應緊急訂單,迅速準確地完成訂單交付,增加客戶滿意度和忠誠度。 學術上有許多企業對於緊急訂單的承接與否評估的文獻,但沒有對承接緊急訂單後的生產方略進行研究,企業對於緊急訂單原本以訂單生產為主,本論文希望透過探討重現型緊急訂單的「重現性的頻率」及「數量的不確定性」訂定出不同的生產方略,透過成本找出不同屬性的訂單所對應的最佳交付方略以及分布。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Rush orders are a common problem in Taiwan's industrial circles, such as 2021 in the global automotive sector semiconductor chip shortage panic, leading to many wafer foundries getting rush orders, to meet the demands of the vehicle industry, wafer foundries to open production capacity, accelerate supply speed to satisfy these customers' order need. Rush orders refer to customers' immediate demands; this demand is usually unpredictable in advance. In a fiercely competitive market environment, processing rush orders has become a competitive advantage and strategy, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty through fast reaction to rush orders and speedy and correct completion of order delivery. There is much academic literature on the evaluation of the acceptance of rush orders, but no study on the production strategy after accepting rush orders; enterprises for rush orders were based initially on order production; this paper hopes to develop different production strategies by exploring the 'arrival frequency' and 'quantity uncertainty' of recurrent rush orders and determining the best production policies and distribution. | en |
