Executive Summary Nymph Corporation Company Limited, located at 9/117 Srinagarindra Soi 46/1 Srinagarindra Rd Nongbon Prawat Bangkok 10250, business certificate no 0105559074941, is a creative mobile application that offers an online organizing system to connect market operators and tenants with comprehensive service from the starting point to the finishing point. There will be applications for both sides, namely SABUY Operator and SABUY Renter, with many features such as rental bill management, online payment, online shopping, and a chat box messenger to communicate between operators and renters for better and more convenient communication. These mobile applications will reduce operating costs and are time-consuming. Also, improve working and communication efficiency. Products and Services. Nymph Corporation Company Limited will offer a business-to-business (B2B) mobile application that provides various features to connect between market operator and renter. Product features include. Rental Management Feature. It’s a feature to simplify communication and management for market operators and renters. Because of the pandemic, people are encouraged to limit in-person contact with others. In the SABUY mobile application, the operator and renter no longer need to visit the property for a space rental service and paperwork. Instead, they can manage and complete the rental service transaction through the platform. Payment Management Feature. A renter can pay rent and bills through a mobile application and access important rental documents online. Additionally, the app allows tenants to chat and schedule appointments with the market operator if required. In addition, instead of relying on the traditional invoice left in the front of a stall, a renter can make a payment and view bill details and other reports on the app. Online payment functions eliminate the possibility of lost bills or invoices, reduce the likelihood of late payment, and document all transactions. Shopping and Order Management function. It is a feature that simplifies the shopping experience for renters via the mobile application. They can also access real-time order tracking and purchase history for better inventory management, cost comparison, and planning. On the other side, the market operator enjoys 24/7 business hours. The market operator can operate anytime without having additional staff available at the shop. As a result, it is increasingly working efficiently and reducing the operation cost. Complaint and Moving function. It’s a feature to allow renters to lodge any complaint by sending videos and images through the platform without having the operator onsite for investigation. Then, the operator can manage and assign a service team to handle the issue properly. As a result, it provides convenience and saves time for both parties. Customer Focus. With a strong relationship and professional business network with the government agency, Nymph Corporation Limited will primarily target the registered wet market, which is under management or supervision by the internal trade department, 365 marketing nationwide. The geographic of these customers are as follows: Northern: 88 markets Central: 87 markets Northeastern: 134 markets Eastern: 23 Markets Southern: 33 market The company will expand to the private wet and flea markets in the second phase. There are 11,155 markets registered with the department of internal trade. Management Team. Nymph Corporation Limited is led by Nong Sangkhasila, a GMBA NTU student interested in mobile application development and design thinking. While Nong Sangkhasila has never run a mobile application, he is an APEC Business Development Manager for several industries. As such, Nong Sangkhasila is well-equipped with business operations and strategies knowledge and the need for digital business transformation in Thailand. Including the mobile application developer side, a professional business network with market operators, and government agencies, which can escalate this project faster and sustainable success. Success Factors. Nymph Corporation Limited has the potential to succeed in this business due to the following reasons: A strong relationship and professional business network with market operators and government agencies will facilitate company business operations running quickly and smoothly. The mobile applications business trends are growing significantly. The market trends, including the growth in smartphone users and the number of mobile app downloads, prove very favourable to the company. The leader has a track record of success in business development and strategies. There is no mobile app devoted to the completed service of wet market management and their specific interests and needs. In addition, we interviewed wet market operators and renters and allowed them to participate in our prototype development. Fortunately, the company received highly positive feedback, saying it explicitly wanted to use our product and service when it launched. Financial Highlights. Nymph Corporation Limited requires additional funding of $160,000 to launch a mobile application project. It is funded by equity 100 %. The company will use the initial capital for mobile application and website development, marketing activities, and working capital. 5-year top-line financial projections are demonstrated below. According to the top line projection over the next five, the company's gross profit improved in the second year, standing at eighty-five per cent, because the direct cost charged by mobile application stores is reduced from thirty to fifteen per cent in the second year. The company's EBITDA and net income will show positive figures in the third year of operation.
