| dc.description.abstract | 近年來人工智慧技術的發展日新月異,數位智慧型科技的技術突破,使得以數位服務思維,來策劃客戶消費情境的願景得以實現,從而對直接服務終端客戶的資通訊(ICT)公司帶來深遠的影響。 而現在服務陪伴機器人產業的競爭相當地激烈,服務陪伴機器人製造商若要有效而確實地掌握市場的商機,必須對創新經營模式做出正確的分析與整合,而且持續地創新。 本研究首先闡明瞭研究背景和研究動機,對國內外文獻的探討,歸納出研究目的與研究方向,描述服務陪伴機器人製造商平臺、創新商業模式、創新商業模式九宮格分析、客戶價值主張以及服務陪伴機器人相關技術之研究等相關的理論。 本研究以於學者Osterwalder創新商業模式的九宮格分析,對當前服務陪伴機器人製造商平臺的商業模式加以分析,並提出服務陪伴機器人製造商平臺存在的挑戰和不足,之後再針對N個案公司目前的經營模式,其當前所遇到的困境,亦基於商業模式畫布九宮格的要素予以分析,進而提出N個案公司創新商業模式的改善方法及執行方案,得到嶄新的商業模式四大構面(即為產品與加值服務構面、客戶構面、基礎建設構面以及財務構面四大構面)。其對於N個案公司突破機器人產業所遇到的困境,以及如何因新商業模式的推行,擴大產業的合作夥伴,以及讓機器人的應用更多元化,最終改善改善營收及獲利。 本研究使服務陪伴機器人製造商平臺的創新商業模式,更無縫接軌以及貼近服務陪伴機器人製造商平臺的未來發展趨勢,從而提升了服務陪伴機器人製造商平臺的創新經營模式。對於其他服務陪伴教育機器人的類似企業的商業模式也可提供參考及借鑒。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | In the recent years, the development of artificial intelligence technology has been changing with each passing day. The technological breakthrough of digital intelligence technology has enabled the realization of the vision of planning customer consumption scenarios with digital service thinking, which has brought far-reaching effects to the ICT companies that serve the end customers directly. The competition in the robotics industry is quite fierce now. If the companies want to grasp the business opportunities in the market effectively, they must make correct selections of the innovative business models and continue to innovate. This research clarifies the research background and research motivation first, discusses the domestic and foreign literature, summarizes the research questions, and describes related theories such as the service companion robot industry platform, innovative business model, nine-square grid analysis, customer value proposition, and the research on the related technologies. This research introduces the nine-square-grid analysis of innovative business models and customer value propositions, and confirms that the research methods adopted in this research are literature discussion and case analysis. Then, the innovative business model of the service companion robot platform is explained, the research framework of this research is constructed, the product defect analysis of the service companion robot platform, and the nine-square grid analysis of the innovative business model are integrated, and four brand-new business models are obtained(That is, products and value-added services, customers, infrastructure, and financial aspects). Finally, it analyzes the current business model of the N-case company, and based on the above four business models, puts forward focused and constructive suggestions for the N-case company's innovative business model. This research analyzes the product defects of N Case Company, integrates the nine-square grid analysis of the innovative business models and customer value propositions, makes the innovative business model of the service companion robot platform closer to the future development trend of the service companion robot manufacturing platform, thereby improving the innovative business model of the domestic service companion robot platform. | en |
