摘要: 自從照顧孩子後,許多人在生完孩子後不再過上最好的生活很費時間。但是,在美國、加拿大、法國和澳大利亞等一些國家,父母可以依靠幫助他們照顧孩子的保姆。但是,海地沒有有這個保姆服務。我們的商業計劃旨在在海地實施保姆服務。這可以幫助父母改善他們的社會經濟生活,因為我們將幫助他們照顧他們的孩子。
因此,KAMEY 的使命是允許快速訪問合格、經過認證、訓練有素、和值得信賴的保姆,偶爾為 0 至 11 歲的孩子提供托兒服務。我們的特定年度目標是達到 70% 的客戶保留率;利潤增長20%;和 90% 的員工保留率。

Many people stop living their best life after having kids since taking care of their childrenis time-consuming. However, in some countries such as the USA, Canada, France, and Australia, parents can rely on BABYSITTERS who help them take care of their children. But, Haiti doesn’thave this babysitting service. Our business plan aims to implement a babysitting service in Haiti.This can result in helping the parents improve their socio-economic life as we will be helpingthem take care of their children.
Hence, KAMEY’s mission is to allow quick access to qualified, certified, well-trained,and trustworthy babysitters for occasional childcare to 0 to 11 years old kids. Our specific yearlygoals are to reach 70% customer retention; 20% growth in profit; and 90% employee retention.The babysitters are our big investment in terms of money.
They are as important to the parentssince they invest their trust in them and this requires a thorough process. Therefore, we plan toprovide avenues for professional development & winning incentives, and opportunities forcontiour Babysitting Service Agency called: “KAMEY” focuses not only to make babysitters accessible for parents but also provide a service as transparent as possible, which they can trust.
Nevertheless, our research reveals an informal babysitting service in Haiti that is provided by very few individuals. However, it is quite irregular and hard to meet the parents' expectations.
This is due to their unavailability when needed, and the parents’ difficulties to find a trustworthy person offering this service.
Further in our research, we found out that even though a trustworthy service might exist,the price will remain a determining factor for its use. The majority of the parents are willing to1pay 12 to 15 USD per hour. However, a big portion suggests prices between 6 to 10 USD. Basedon that we were able to formulate our problem statement: “The parents need help but the service is unavailable; they are willing to use it peacefully only if it is trustworthy and affordable”.
Therefore, we must not only make the service available but also provide it at a competitive priceand gain parents' trust in order to meet our targets.nuous improvement to our babysitters to achieve our employee and customer retention goals.
As we are starting we will be focused on the 20% of households of the upper class in themetropolitan area because this is where our potential customers live. Along the way, we willdevelop other products to catch the 5% and the 10 % of the middle class from a population of 11.5 Million (Worldometer, 2022). Globally the babysitting market falls into a growing industry,which is the childcare business. In developing countries, it is also a hot topic since it is directlyrelated to equality between women and men as long as it allows the moms to pursue their professional careers and be more independent if they can have help with their kids.Based on our market analysis, this is an attractive business model with controllable external and internal factors. Nevertheless, we plan to develop strategies to create strong competitive advantages such as offering packages tailored to different needs from USD 9 to USD 12; monitoring system features, liability insurance, and subscription benefits. Parents at home and event organizers will be able to use our services in weddings, birthday parties, and any activities that will gather kids.
