| 摘要: | 針對結構進行結構的監測與安全評估,及時確定安全隱患,建立一套安全評估系統尤為重要。結構損傷監測,內容包括損傷識別、損傷數量和損傷量化,損傷監測系統將有助於降低維護成本,而蘭姆波為損傷監測技術中一種有效的方法。 本文講述了蘭姆波的沿革與理論及其在損傷檢測技術的應用,這一領域研究內容包含感測技術以及訊號處理。本文的研究內容是針對鋁板以及玻璃纖維複合材料板進行損傷區域定位,實驗在鋁板、複合材料板表面貼附PZT壓電片以及PZT壓電片嵌入複合材料內部量測蘭姆波訊號。首先進行蘭姆波群速度量測結果與數值結果進行比較,之後進行了蘭姆波一維損傷定位。還使用PZT陣列並透過損傷指標、連續小波轉換方法得到各子區域損傷指標,達到結構多損傷定位的目的。此外,比較鋁板與複合材料板的結果,結果鋁板更適合這種方法。對鋁板和複合板進行損傷量化。最後,將PZT嵌入複合材料內部以改善機電耦合。 It is important to establish a set of safety evaluation system for structure monitoring and safety evaluation to identify hidden dangers in time. Structural damage monitoring, including damage identification, damage quantity and damage quantification, damage monitoring system will help reduce maintenance costs, and Lamb wave provides an effective method for damage monitoring technology. This paper describes the evolution and theory of Lamb wave and its application in damage detection technology, which includes sensing technology and signal processing. The research content of this paper is to locate the damaged area of the aluminum plate and the glass fiber composite plate. Firstly, the Lamb wave group velocity measurement results are compared with the numerical results, and then the Lamb wave one-dimensional damage location is carried out. The PZT array is also used to obtain the damage index of each sub-region through the damage index and continuous wavelet transform method, so as to achieve the purpose of multi-damage localization of the structure. In addition, comparing the results of the aluminum plate with the composite plate, it turns out that the aluminum plate is more suitable for this method.
