摘要: | 本研究針對智能醫院的整合與規劃,藉由國內醫療資訊的建置搭配國外知名大廠的設備醫療物聯網,發展醫院各科室全方位的AI臨床應用診斷模組。 於智慧醫院手術室,藉由整合手術全期護理與傳送交班照護系統,並開發出麻醉照護與智能輸液管理系統,結合全靜脈麻醉輸液pump與麻醉機進而發展智能化手術室與5G、MR(混合實境)醫療臨床訓練系統。 智慧ICU照護,整合疼痛自控PUMP、空針PUMP、大量輸液PUMP等輸液設備與生理監測數據與呼吸照護,將重症病患所有生理資訊應用數據化,發展AI智能預測拔管、敗血性休克與藥物控制之間的預判警示機制,提供個人化精準醫療。 從急診智能檢傷分類系統快速判斷急重症最適合醫院與醫師,替醫院帶來最大效益與病人搶救黃金時間點,結合產房監控與供應室器械追蹤系統,提供醫院全面性醫療品質的解決方案,增進醫病溝通的無縫接軌。 生醫產業當前正值革新與轉變的過程之中,醫療體系、企業與醫事人員正尋求不同的新興科技與解決方案,以因應由醫療環境改變、醫療資源分配、以及技術門檻問題為該產業所帶來的挑戰。 近年來許多新興科技與解決方案中,AI人工智能在醫療逐漸扮演著重要的角色,並於生技領域和醫院各科別都有成功案例與突破性發展。在國、內外,科技產業、醫療體系、新創公司,對於生醫與人工智慧的結合與發展潛力已有共識,並著手於其自家專業領域與競爭優勢,發展其相關的解決方案與技術。 然而,人工智慧於生醫產業的應用日新月異,不同的技術與演算法之間亦有顯著的差異,品質也良莠不齊,本研究針對如何找到正確的目標市場和商業模式,將AI技術能量轉換成可供臨床實際應用、商業銷售的產品和服務,這將是發展醫療AI與建置智慧醫院,中極其重要的課題。 This research focus on the integration and application of intelligent hospitals. We use the global medical device connection solution develop clinical AI application in Taiwan hospital. We provide the two-way communication infusion pump management system and anesthesia care system to integrate hospital nursing and delivery system to build up all function surgical operation room solution. Combine 5G and mix reality to develop AI surgical operation room in the further. Collect EKG, ventilator, infusion pump and all patient physiological parameters device in ICU. We can use artificial intelligence algorithm and real time patient physiological parameters from ICU medical device to create clinical diagnostic system to help doctor to treat sepsis, extubation and more accuracy drug therapy. We can connect 12 lead, patient monitor on the ambulance and use AI to detect and sort patient symptom. Delivery patient to enough manpower and space hospital emergency room to let patient get therapy on timely. Biomedical internet of medical things and artificial intelligence industry develop fast and grow up. Healthcare institute, enterprises and medical professionals are seeking different innovation technologies and solutions. To solve the problem of medical environment change, resource distribution and technical thresholds. Artificial intelligence is gradually playing an important role in clinical care, and there are successful cases and breakthrough development in hospital clinical care. Many of technology, medical device, and start-up companies have invested expense and manpower in clinical care AI solution. However, the application and technology of artificial intelligence in hospital clinical care is ever-changing. There are significant differences between different technologies and algorithms, and the quality is also uneven. This research focuses on how to find the right target market and business model. Use AI and internet of medical things technology to create medical device and system services for clinical practical application and commercial development. This will be an extremely important topic in the development of medical AI and how to build up intelligent hospitals. |
