Police officers are always collecting random information during their duty dealing with reports of people. The information is like a critical piece of the puzzle. Without the information, truth-seeking is an ordeal. When the police find the association between the necessary information and the truth, police can see the whole picture of truth and make compelling predictions. The information can be a type of report, where the incident happened, details of the case, statements, pictures, and videos of a security camera. The Taiwan police force is scattered in rural and urban areas in Taiwan. The information they collected is diverse and enormous. Maybe the information was useless to the policeman who collected it, but it still has some possibility to be precious to others. The information won’t be informative without any systematic analysis due to the large amount and scale. The inconspicuous segmented information can become precious intelligence after Extract, Transform and Load (ETL). This business plan is dedicated to setting up a police big data analysis platform, which may help Taiwan police to have their data warehouse and do ETL and algorithm through Natural Language Processing. This kind of systematic analysis needs a vast amount of data and a centralized data warehouse. So that it can produce high-quality and informative intelligence as an outcome continuously to the police, and the intelligence can be appropriately utilized, thus supporting police officers and investigators in their decision-making process.en
