摘要: | 本篇研究是利用矽基液晶元件(LCoS)的反射式空間光調製器(SLM),設計在單模光纖2×5的波長選擇開關架構上,實現多波長的切換與分光偏轉。
在模擬上使用光學模擬軟體Zemax設計,利用穿透式的光柵在空間色散軸上分出不同的光譜,在空間交換軸上利用LCoS設計同波長的切換與分光,並且計算LCoS分光後接收光纖的耦合模擬結果。使用均勻性優化的迭代傅立葉變換演算法(IFTA)計算LCoS的相位分布,並在單一LCoS上規劃不同區域的切換與分光調製,達到2×5的WSS光子式開關系統,並能夠獨立將任意波長從任意輸入光纖端口路由到任何輸出光纖端口。此系統在切換時的最大插入損耗為15.9 dB,以及串擾的最大值為-21.75 dB,而分光結果插入損耗為21.48~29.43 dB。 In this study, the 2×5 wavelength selective switch with single-mode fiber is designed to achieve multi-wavelength switching and light splitting with a liquid crystal on silicon (LCoS). In the simulation, the optical simulation Zemax is used to design. Use the transmissive grating to separate different spectra on the dispersion axis, and modulate the same wavelength switching and light splitting on the switch axis with LCoS. Moreover, the Zemax can also calculate the simulation results of the coupling efficiency. In the LCoS simulation, calculate the phase distribution by the uniformity-optimized Iterative Fourier Transform Algorithm (IFTA), and design the switching and spectral modulation of different regions on a single LCoS. The 2×5WSS can independently switch any wavelength from any input port to any output port. The maximum insertion loss of this system is 15.9 dB, and the crosstalk is -21.75 dB. The insertion loss of the split result is 21.48 to 29.43 dB. |
