摘要: | 全球金融科技發展及應用範疇不斷擴張,不論在商業面、技術面、應用面都帶給各國傳統金融機構不小的衝擊與變革,根據PitchBook統計,全球企業於金融科技產業在2018年起迎來了巨量投資的高峰,投資金額約1,410億美元,時至2019年投資總額仍然維持在相對高檔的水準約1,357億美元。發展方向亦相當多元,舉凡:支付場景應用、保險科技應用、資料分析應用等。而台灣的金融科技業者身處於此變革浪潮下,往往處於較於被動的角色,雖然近年政府有陸續推出相應之政策支持與法令的鬆綁,期待全新思維與前沿科技應用加速普惠金融的目標,但起步較晚離世界的舞臺尚有一段不小的差距。此環境下,身為台灣金融科技產業的一員該如何脫穎而出成了一很好的研究題材。 A 科技新創平臺成立於2019年6月,團隊提出了全新消費即可扣房貸之商業模式,旨透過透明化、標準化不動產之交易流程,並透過多邊市場整合,將其與消費市場產生連結,加之運用現已普及的行動支付裝置技術,提升消費者的購物之便利性與保有公司業務之發展性,最終期望進一步的達到各類產業垂直整合的效果。 該個案提出之商業模式,所需建構之多邊市場,執行流程變數較多,整合策略錯綜複雜。為瞭解此個案該如何透破壞性的獨特商業模式、輕量化的資產整合多元產業。本篇將運用多樣戰略理論工具,VRIO、PEST對A科技新創平臺的內外部環境進行分析以梳理外部環境中的機遇與調整、內部環境核心資源的不足,並以此為基礎應用SWOT、TOWS矩陣分析給出戰略選擇、實施及保障建議。以結構性研究該個案商業模式之價值性,並給出出具體實踐意義之策略切入競爭激烈與監管嚴格的金融科技市場。 The development and application of global financial technology continues to expand, and it has brought great impacts and changes to traditional financial institutions in various countries in terms of business, technology, and application. According to PitchBook statistics, global enterprises in the financial technology industry will usher in 2018. After the peak of huge investment, the investment amount was about 141 billion U.S. dollars. By 2019, the total investment remained at a relatively high-end level of about 135.7 billion U.S. dollars. The development direction is also quite diversified, for example: payment scenario applications, insurance technology applications, deposits and loans Service applications, financing and other derivative applications, investment management applications, data analysis applications, etc., the global financial industry is also gradually blowing a wave of digitization of technology. The financial technology industry in Taiwan is in a more passive role under this wave of change. Although the government has successively introduced corresponding policy support and deregulation in recent years, looking forward to new thinking and cutting-edge technology to enhance the traditional financial industry, but even so, there is still a big gap from the world stage. In this environment, how to stand out as a member of the financial technology industry in Taiwan is a good research topic. Start-up A was established in June 2019. The team proposed a new business model of deducting housing loans after consumption. The purpose is not only to integrate the real estate transaction process through transparency and standardization, but also in parallel with integrating it with the consumer market through multilateral market integration. Then, coupled with the use of the popular mobile payment device technology, that is, this business module can improve the convenience of consumers' shopping and the development of the company's business, and finally expect to further achieve the effect of vertical integration of various industries. The business model proposed in this case requires the construction of a multi-sided market, many variables in the execution process, and complicated integration strategies. To understand how this case integrates multiple industries through disruptive unique business model and lightweight assets, this research job will use a variety of strategic theoretical tools, says VRIO, PEST to analyze the internal and external environments of the technology innovation platform of Start-up A, and then firstly to sort out the opportunities and adjustments in the external environment, and secondly identify the shortage of core resources in the internal environment, as well as applying SWOT and TOWS on this basis. Matrix analysis provides various strategic selections, implementation, and assurance recommendations to this case study. The value of the business model of this case is structurally studied, and specific practical strategies are given to enter the financial technology market with fierce competition and strict supervision. |
