摘要: | 新生活書局流行館面臨2大瓶頸,在學校學習的經營管理課程,藉此論文的撰寫,將研究檢討分析找到相對策略,讓未來經營發展建立明確方向目標。 一、無法複製過去成功經驗,創造企業新高:時代快速變遷,消費模式一直在加速演進,都需數位轉型來調整營運模式;雖然資訊化起步有些晚,但目前一切尚有可為,聘請資訊專案教授每月指導與解決問題,甚至做到一些創新模式,讓消費者體驗後,相信對新生活更具信心。 二、人才招募的困境,千禧世代的崛起:培育人才近十年來算是挫敗,已經深入研究千禧世代特質,制度也配合調整並搭配福利誘因;相信有好福利、好制度、好文化的薰陶,組織核心人才將漸進養成,才能搭配數位轉型需求。 善用數位大數據分析,主動配合消費者喜好,讓其感到安心、放心、貼心,實體門市除了提供便利服務,更是休閒安全舒適的好場所;搭配員工分紅計劃,讓員工感受到富足與成就感,好人才發揮出效益效果,數位轉型將更上一層樓,經營中的人事物均在良性循環中,最終達成雨露均霑、分享共榮的願景。 The New Life Bookstore Pop Museum is facing two major bottlenecks. Through the writing of the thesis, I will research, review and analyze to find a relative strategy, so that the future business development can establish a clear direction and goal. 1. It is impossible to copy the successful experience of the past and create a new high for the enterprise: the times are changing rapidly, and the consumption model has been evolving at an accelerated rate, and digital transformation is required to adjust the operating model. Although the informatization started a little late, everything is still possible at present.We hire a project professor to guide and solve problems every month, and even do some innovative models. After consumers experience it, they believe that they will have more confidence in their new life. 2. The dilemma of talent recruitment, the rise of the millennial generation: It has been a setback in the past ten years to cultivate talents. The characteristics of the millennial generation have been deeply studied, and the system has also been adjusted and matched with welfare incentives; I believe that there are good benefits, good systems, and good culture. Tao, the core talents of the organization will be gradually cultivated in order to meet the needs of digital transformation. We make good use of digital big data analysis and actively cooperate with consumers' preferences, And mak employees them feel at ease, at ease and caring. In addition to providing convenient services, brick-and-mortar stores are also a good place for leisure, safety and comfort. With the employee bonus plan, employees feel rich and successful. We feel that good talents can bring benefits, digital transformation will take a higher level, people and things in the operation are in a virtuous circle, and finally the vision of sharing rain and dew and sharing common prosperity will be achieved. |
