| dc.description.abstract | 台灣即將在2025年邁入超高齡社會，伴隨而來的大量高齡照護需求，也為長期照顧產業帶來許多商業發展的機會，然過去較少有研究探討長照產業商業模式的議題。為協助長照業者更有效地掌握產業經營策略與優勢 ，本研究由機構經營角度出發，採用質性研究法，透過深度訪談，分析長照產業的現況與問題、探討長照機構經營之阻力與助力，提出長照服務業者轉型與經營之策略建議，做為產業、政府與後續研究的參考。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | As Taiwan will move toward a super-aged society in 2025, the need for eldercare services will create tremendous business opportunities for long-term care (LTC) services. To explore the emerging opportunities for the LTC industry, this study aims to explore the effective business strategies based on in-depth interviews. Through detailed explorations of market development and management practices, this research provides important strategic insights for LTC institutions and government policies. Results, implications, limitations, and future research directions are then discussed. | en |
