| dc.description.abstract | 有些公司的策略轉型是因為已經面臨到了不做轉型便會被淘汰的危急存亡時刻。許多的公司的策略轉型是因為要擴張或合併到不同的市場或地區。轉型是一場長期的轉變過程，組織要怎麼因應公司策略的轉型所造成的影響，確立方向感，向力心的凝聚，有效率的執行及運作，以達成使命及目標？ 本研究中先以五力分析來討論D公司要轉型的目標，再以價值鏈分析公司營運的策略方向。以動態競爭(鑽石模型)分析同業之間的競爭行為以及相互競爭的行動與回應，以尋找其研發部門所進行的開發流程改善計畫。並討論其現有的組織架構與開發流程改善的過程中所遭遇到的問題，而所做出的因應組織結構更改。結尾提出轉型的建議流程給其他企業做一個參考。 | zh_TW |
