dc.description.abstract鈍力傷(blunt force trauma)是指由鈍物碰撞身體所產生的創傷。其常見的成因可以分為意外性以及非意外性創傷(non-accidental injury)。常見的意外性創傷有:車禍(motor vehicle accident)、動物咬傷(animal-bite injury)以及其他創傷(例如:高處墜落)。由於非意外性創傷在每個案件之中都受多種因子影響,傷勢較複雜而隨案件差別甚大,因此非意外性創傷之創傷型態較難歸納,尤其當案例相關的病史或是調查資料缺漏時,研判將更加困難。為了更精確地分辨意外性以及非意外性鈍力傷,我們需要更加了解常見意外性鈍力傷的創傷型態,並結合微物跡證(trace evidence)的分析。在獸醫領域,雖然過去文獻曾有統計車禍及動物咬傷相關的創傷型態特徵,然在我們的動物法醫解剖案例中看到了不一樣的型態,進而衍伸出一些疑問,如:如何判斷咬傷案件的加害物種?如何協助這類案件的調查? 毛髮及唾液DNA,為可用來辨識動物咬傷案件中加害物種的微物跡證。粒線體DNA(mitochondrial DNA)為穩定、且在一個細胞內有多重複的DNA,因此被許多領域廣泛應用於物種鑑定。在動物法用科學之中,由於DNA生物跡證的存在環境通常很嚴苛,穩定的粒線體DNA便能在這樣的條件下協助物種鑑定的進行。 本研究目的為分類及歸納意外性以及非意外性鈍力傷的不同創傷型態,並結合微物跡證分析來鑑定動物咬傷案件的加害物種。本研究蒐集了109個法醫解剖案例(89隻貓以及20隻狗),其中含車禍57例、動物咬傷36例、非意外性創傷10例、4例未確定創傷成因,及2例為其他鈍力傷。在車禍案件之中,最常受傷的部位為頭部、後肢以及頸部。車禍的創傷通常都是嚴重且複雜的,像是:嚴重粉碎性頭部骨折以及腹腔臟器破裂等。在動物咬傷之中,最常見的受傷部位為腹側胸部及腋下、後肢、肩胛至背側胸部、腹部以及背部至側腹部。此外,動物咬傷造成的創傷通常具有咬傷的特徵性,像是:穿透傷、線性擦傷、撕脫傷以及撕裂傷。在非意外性創傷之中,最常見的受傷部位為頭部、背部至側腹部以及頸部。要判斷是否為非意外性創傷,目擊証言以及仔細的調查創傷成因是很重要的。至於動物咬傷案例中加害物種之鑑定,DNA分析採用的樣本為43個傷口採樣棉棒以及11個被害動物指甲中的殘留毛髮。其中有6個案例成功分析出犬隻的粒線體DNA,代表這些案例為犬隻咬傷案例。總結來說,本研究呈現了不同成因的鈍力傷的創傷分佈及形態特徵,並發展應用於判別動物咬傷案例中加害物種的初步鑑定方法。zh_TW
