| dc.description.abstract | 我國民法規定法院進行離婚事件中未成年子女親權酌定時，須以未成年子女最佳利益為依歸，並將相關審酌事由規定於民法第1055條之1各款中，然而法院並未就子女最佳利益的內涵及衡量標準形成共識，故本研究主要以最佳與最差量表調查家長對於各款事由的重要性判斷，並以變異數分析、皮爾森相關、集群分析、多元尺度分析資料，探討家長背景與其認為因素重要性的關聯，並建構親權酌定因素間的不同面向，期許本研究能提供家長觀點予法律實務，彌平親權酌定中當事人家長與法院看法的落差。 | zh_TW |
