dc.description.abstract2019年末中國發現了第一個新冠肺炎(COVID-19)病例,隨後疫情迅速散播至全球各地,多個國家政府紛紛採取鎖國、封城、居家辦公策略,試圖減緩病毒的傳播。除了對個人生活有極大的以想之外,對於產業也有莫大的衝擊,業主必須緊急做出一些抉擇,確保公司的生存和營運。本研究以珠寶業C公司為個案,利用延伸版的BCG矩陣(家庭組合矩陣)分析公司在疫情發生前後事業組合的變化,以及對應的策略。相關策略包含變賣資產、減少支出、儲備研發能量、持續投資網路門市,讓C公司成功度過疫情難關。zh_TW
