dc.description.abstract微創手術的術前規劃通常實現在術前電腦斷層影像上,無法給予醫師手術當下即時的腹腔狀態。因為缺乏腹腔充氣造成的腹部形變資訊,導致術前規劃在手術中能提供參考的資訊更有限。本論文旨在探討一腹腔充氣後模型,透過病患生理參數及特徵量測參數等資料,用以預測腹腔充氣後的型態。此外,將模型結合前期研究之套管開口佈局,以期建立一套微創手術術前規劃系統,分析腹腔充氣後的開口佈局策略。首先,針對病患收集生理資料及術前電腦斷層影像,並取得手術中腹部充氣的臨床資訊。接著進行數學模型估算與參數量測,利用3D重建技術建立腹腔的三維位置參數模型。將取得資料以迴歸架構進行分析,以期建立出腹腔充氣後模型。臨床使用時,以病患之生理參數及電腦斷層影像量測參數輸入已訓練之腹腔充氣後模型,取得預測之腹腔充氣後型態。進行術前規劃時,考量最佳微創手術器械操作開口位置,以提供醫師對於不同手術情境之參考建議,提升手術安全性與執行效率。zh_TW
