dc.description.abstract本文之目的是要分析行動咖啡摩托車隊的商業模式與概念是否可行,將採取以下之工具分析之。首先,本文檢視台灣的咖啡市場以及台灣咖啡消費者的特性。藉由前述的分析,引導出提出行動咖啡摩托車隊的商業模式的動機。第三章將介紹行動咖啡摩托車隊的產品以及商業模式。第四章則是要透過精實畫布的分析工具,驗證此商業模式為可行。接著將於第五章使用SWOT分析以及波特五力之分析工具,來探討市場及策略方向。第六章將提出成本分析、五年損益表、五年現金流量表等財務預測模型,以驗證此商業模式在財務上的健康程度。最終結論為行動咖啡摩托車隊之商業計劃為可行並將成功創業。zh_TW
