| dc.description.abstract | 隨著科技進步,線上學習已越來越普遍,很多學校除了提供原有的實體課程,也開始以線上作為學生的學習管道。線上課程的優點在於不需要實體教室因此沒有人數的限制,同時也更方便讓校外人士進行學習,且學生完成學習後學校也可以提供對應的學分,我們稱這種課程為學分轉讓課程。當越來越多學校提供這種學分轉讓課程給予校外學生,學校間的競爭越激烈。在競爭的狀況下,機構在決定價格時,除了需要考慮對方學校的影響,也需要同時考慮課程種類的吸引力以及學生多元性造成的外部效益,而在許多過去文獻也指出線上課程會受到網路外部性的影響。 為了探討學校希望最大化校學生學習效益以及校外的收入時,應如何決定價格和校內的策略決策,我們建立賽局理論模型來模擬多間學校同時提供網路課程且共同競爭一個市場。透過模型,分析外部因子如何影響情境下的均衡價格和校內課程策略決策,在只考慮競爭的市場時,學校名聲差異和網路外部性都取決於競爭程度和各自的競爭優勢;若是同時考慮在校的政策時,學校須同時考慮競爭優勢和在校學生的學習狀況。在本研究發現,若只考慮競爭狀況,當各校名聲差異變得更明顯時,由於課程定位差異化弱化雙方之間的競爭,進而使雙方都能提高價格。以及當此課程網路外部性較強時,學校應透過調整學校的實體上課人數上限或是調整網路課程價格來調高校內網路課程的學生。 | zh_TW |
