| dc.description.abstract | 網路健康資訊已然成為人們搜尋健康資訊時一個無可取代的來源。然而,網路健康資訊也面臨假資訊、資訊氾濫以及難以判讀資訊品質等問題。因為健康資訊可能直接會影響到人們的生命福祉,如何判斷高品質且可信任的健康資訊就成為了一個值得研究的議題。 在本研究中,我們嘗試藉由理論與技術上的整合,探討網路健康資訊可信度的組成。我們根據資訊系統成功模式與信任建立模式建立了理論模型,並結合多重來源效應以及認知切換理論,來了解人們處理多重外部資訊時的認知變化。我們也使用了一個實驗性的Web API「Portals」,來建置一個假想的網路健康資訊聚合器,用以無縫地整合外部網站,並提供視覺上的預覽。最後,我們的實驗結果顯示:人們在網路健康資訊俱備有視覺預覽的多重來源以及不一致內容的資訊時,會認為該資訊比較可信。 | zh_TW |
