| dc.description.abstract | "After staying around 8 years in Taiwan and studying Global MBA from NTU, now I have an overall knowledge of business opportunities in Taiwan. My work experience here and my GMBA study helped me a lot throughout my Business Plan. In my Business Plan I aim to examine how potential Taiwan market and India Market are for Taiwan based International Trading Companies and Engineering Service Providers, in the field heavy machineries (in Mechanical Engineering Industry, like Pump, Motor to start with). Bilateral Trade volume of India and Taiwan has never reached to its full capacity considering the potential of both countries have in terms of global socio-economic-political scenario. Specially on the industrial sector, like for heavy machineries and high-end engineering equipment. India is globally esteemed for its engineering talent and low-cost good quality products. The goal of this business is to build strong trading activities between Taiwan and India initially then other countries worldwide, to facilitate availability of high quality and high-end engineering products for various projects in Taiwan and India primarily, also in other countries in SEA and Europe, which will be my future target market plan. The name of my company as I got approval from Taiwan Govt (MOEA), 誠信工程貿易有限公司 (Think Plus Pvt. Ltd.) Based on my research work I learned we also need to distinguish ourselves by providing excellent customer service. So, Think Plus will also provide, Engineering services and after sales services as and when required.
