| dc.description.abstract | 本文探討健康意識提升對跨代移轉的影響。我們建立了一個三期的疊代模型，將模型校準於2018 年的台灣，將存活率及孝親費內生化，利用消費稅收作為財源，進行了兩種補貼政策，分別補貼在老人年金及健康支出上，欲觀察當年輕人面對兩種不同健康投資誘因時，會對其在生育、教育小孩、孝親費、自身消費及健康投資的決策上有什麼影響。結果發現兩種補貼政策雖然都會使得健康投資提高，但課徵消費稅會使得年輕人的生育率及消費下降。在老人年金政策下，即便年老時會收到補貼，老年的消費會增加，但因課稅對年輕時期的負面影響，終身效用還是下降；而健康支出補貼政策中，在年輕時期能夠收取補貼，使其受到消費稅影響時，生育率及消費下降較少，年輕時期的效用下降沒有比老人年金政策多，可是其年老時因無補貼，效用惡化，整體而言終身效用還是下降。 | zh_TW |
