| dc.description.abstract | 現今社會的快速成長及快節奏步調造成人們身心龐大壓力,使得不少健全的人都處於亞健康狀態,都市繁忙的生活使人們日積月累的壓力無法得到有效紓解。近年來研究顯示良好的景觀對生心理健康有莫大助益,益康花園的概念在社會上逐漸興起,目的是打造讓人感到安全、紓壓並感覺到舒適的景觀環境,而都市公園是緩解城市化所造成的環境壓力重要之建設,本質上對於都市居民提供了休憩娛樂的環境,如何提升都市公園更具紓壓效果的功能性,是當今重要的課題;因此本研究藉由視覺模擬圖片及動畫的方式來進行景觀偏好調查、生心理效益及空間與元素的評估,探討都市公園中具有益康性的空間原則與設計元素對民眾健康效益的影響,未來應用在都市花園的設計規劃或是改善,能夠達到良好的成效。 在景觀偏好調查中發現,在花園整體型式當中,相較於幾何形的花園,更偏好有機形的花園;花園元素中,民眾偏好以植栽為主,植栽當中對於高大遮蔭的樹木偏好度最佳,色彩繽紛的植物則次之,因此建議植栽在配比時可提高樹木的比例,其次是花卉及草坪;對於年輕學生族群,在水景設置時可考慮較動態的表現方式,對於大眾而言,流水是較偏好的表現方式,其他自然元素當中,民眾對於公園中有高低起伏的地貌較偏好;在硬體設施部分,民眾對於木材質的設施及步道最為偏好;多數民眾使用度較高的設施為涼亭及座椅,尤其是學生及年輕族群;彎曲形的步道對於8成的民眾喜好度較高;而民眾對於藝術品、裝置或是園藝活動的場所有極高的期待。景觀偏好的初步調查,是設計與改善都市公園的基礎,能幫助達成益康的目標。 生心理效益是將景觀偏好應用於都市公園中,以觀看視覺模擬動畫影片的方式測量腦波(EEG)、心率變異率(HRV)以及問卷調查,探討其效益。結果顯示,在觀看強化益康元素後的都市公園影片時的α high、β low及θ波較觀看強化益康元素前的都市公園高,證實提升特定的設計元素對於民眾有放鬆且注意力提升的益康效益;在HRV中發現,觀看強化益康元素後的都市公園的民眾,SDNN的活性較高,LF/HF也有較高的趨勢,表現出情緒的積極面,是愉悅且放鬆的狀態。綜合生理及問卷調查結果,提升都市公園中的益康元素均能給人較放鬆及提升注意力等積極正向的效益。 在都市公園中不同空間感官及設計元素之偏好評估中,依據前人研究中所歸納出益康花園的6個空間原則,將都市公園強化其益康元素前後的兩組動畫各擷取同一角度之6張圖像並調查有關偏好、空間性及情緒效益相關的網路問卷;結果顯示,設計元素確實能夠提升空間性及整體情緒效益的強度,多層次的植物是提升視覺感官性最大的因素,空間乾淨明亮、不同高度的設施及材質、水景的尺度都能有效增加空間中益康的程度。在不同族群中,對於女性、學生及年輕族群而言,水景的設置能提供較高的情緒刺激及放鬆程度;學生及年輕族群也表現出與景觀偏好相同的結果;對於年齡愈長的人,建議簡化元素的複雜性,增加綠視率。從結果得知,空間性、設計元素及情緒效益之間的相互作用是存在的,不同空間的組合及各種設計元素的搭配,有利於產生更大的益康效益;不同族群的情緒效益也反映出對不同空間性的需求。 總結本研究的試驗結果,都市公園本質具有促進民眾健康的效益,強化公園中益康性的設計元素能更好的提升民眾健康的效益,不同空間中產生的效益也不同,空間中的設計元素對情緒的影響也不盡相同,而本研究是以視覺模擬為試驗方法,因此視覺以外的感官無法證實其效益,期許未來能克服現地測試的困難或是虛擬技術的提升,對於都市公園提出更精確的應用,加強其益康的效果,提高生活品質並促進社會和諧。 | zh_TW |
