| dc.description.abstract | 近年來,遠距工作漸漸為國內外企業所採用,雖然此安排有其優勢,但對多數工作者來說,遠距工作代表著一種工作環境的轉變,在此情況下員工的適應行為及工作狀態是需要被關注的。本研究旨在探討遠距工作程度、三類工作雕琢(任務、技能、關係)與三類需求滿足(自主、能力、關聯)之關係,並探討工作位階(管理職與否)對前述關係的調節效果。本研究以有遠距工作經驗的台灣工作者為樣本,透過網路問卷方式進行兩階段資料蒐集,有效樣本總共 195 筆,並以路徑分析檢驗研究假設。分析結果指出,遠距工作程度和任務與技能工作雕琢具正向關係。且技能工作雕琢與能力感需求滿足呈正向關係,關係工作雕琢與關聯性需求滿足也呈正向關係。此外,管理職與非管理職的遠距工作程度和任務與關係工作雕琢之效果有所差異,管理職的遠距工作程度與工作雕琢之關係強度比非管理職之關係強度來得弱。最後,本研究據結果進行討論及給予相關實務建議,並提出研究限制與未來研究方向之建議。 | zh_TW |
