dc.description.abstract社群媒體如同一個大型社會比較場域,人們時時刻刻都能夠觀看到他人「正向偏誤」(positivity bias)的生活,長期下來對於人們的身心健康有著負面的影響。而Kross等人(2020)於去年回顧文章,提出了社群媒體對人帶來了正反不甚一致的觀點。本研究以釐清人們在使用社群媒體時所感知的情緒作為切入點,即為情緒比較以及情緒感染,並且提出兩者為互相共存的現象。並且,也進一步地探討會影響情緒的可能機制:(1)外在因素:觀看者與貼文者之間的熟悉程度,以及(2)內在因素:知覺貼文者之真誠度。本研究共分析了228名使用IG之參與者,以密集取樣的方式請參與者紀錄在10則貼文(5則限時動態,5則靜態貼文)中所感知的的個人情緒、貼文者情緒、熟悉程度以及真誠度。研究結果證實了情緒比較與情緒感染共存的現象。整體而言,貼文者以及觀看者的情緒都是正向的,在調節分析的部分,也發現了在高熟悉程度以及高真誠度的調節效果下,更能夠讓觀看者感受到更正向的情緒。最後,在討論的部分提到了可能會影響結果的其他因素。zh_TW
