| dc.description.abstract | 本研究透過個案分析法研究兩岸外商子公司自主性的發展過程,與促成其演進的影響因素。除了收集二手資料外,本研究也針對個案公司的高階主管進行問卷調查,分析兩岸子公司在五年前、目前,與五年後的表現,藉以針對過去文獻中自主性的影響因素進行驗證和延伸,並加入多元化的自主性評估指標、長期動態變化的分析,讓子公司的自主性發展可以有更立體而全面性的討論。 研究發現兩岸子公司在業務自主性與決策權的表現具有正向的相關性,且同時受到經營策略、價值鏈活動,以及子公司內外部因素所影響:當子公司在地回應程度高、產業環境競爭激烈、創新能力優秀,以及在執行策略層面的價值鏈活動時,會被賦予較多的業務自主性;而當子公司全球整合程度高、法規環境友善、營收表現亮眼,以及在執行營運層面的價值鏈活動時,會讓子公司被賦予較佳的決策權。而在長期動態變化的分析中,這些影響因素也與單一時間點的靜態分析結果不盡相同。 雖然整體而言中國子公司的自主性優於臺灣子公司,而且根據未來五年的發展預測,這個趨勢很有可能仍會維持甚至擴大,不過,臺灣子公司其實具備了許多獲取自主性的優良條件,若臺灣子公司的經營者能善用在地資源,發揮子公司的創新能力與知識共享能力,將能為臺灣子公司爭取更多自主性成長的空間。 | zh_TW |
